THE MIDNIGHT HOURRRRR HAS PASSED
Bill should've been nominated for best actor
“Leave there your convenience’s”
leave there your conveniences 😂
Very bad iteration
Actually, this movie's story is the mix of original Nosferatu and Bram Stocker's Dracula. In Dracula the lead female character Mina is the incarnation of Vlad Tepes wife Justina Szilágy (or Ilona). That's why the leading character here is named Elena and Orlock claims she belongs to him because she was his wife in another life.
Sitting next to someone you don't know while a girl on screen is moaning is top cinema experience.
When you look at him, you get the feeling that he just got out of the ground to eat someone's brain instead of sucking blood and shapeshifting.
What happened to her? He bite her neck or something?
bj
Orlok was fucking her dude😂😂 this is so messed up how she wanted that from a thousand years old walking dead corpse 😂
I love count orlok in this movie but I absolutely cannot stand his stupid Groucho mustache.
the tache is historically accurate, and is also in the novel
For a generation that has information on hand 24 hous a day we sure are stupid. First off if you’re gonna be snarky at least be smart, that’s not even close to a Groucho Marx mustache. Second orlok is based on 15th Transylvanian nobleman. In clothes, in hair and facial hair. Even in the book of dracula (which I’m sure you don’t even know it was taken from) Dracula has a mustache. Why copy the original 1922 film for? It’s been done to death in other films, remakes, and parodies. It’s ingrained in pop culture that even if you don’t know the silent film or the herzog remake you recognize the look. It’s only fitting that eggers would do something different. Smh.
@@user-ju6zx3rm8d Nosferatu doesn't have a novel and didn't exist in real life, there's nothing to be ''historically'' accurate in it. He was inspired by Serbian vampire and had the story of Dracula and he's nothing like either. He looks like a zombie of Cossack/Indian mob boss straight out of Walking Dead.
@@cicolasnage5684 Still looks stupid. Nosferatu didn't exist in reality, there wasn't any 15th century nobleman for him to be based on because he never existed in the first place. This is(at least it's supposed to be) a remake of 1922 Nosferatu, which was inspired by a Serbian vampire and story of Dracula, Dracula doesn't have a mustache, he's clean shaved handsome Transylvanian count and suave charmer, not a Cossack zombie sex pest. Because it's SUPPOSED to be a remake of it? If you're doing a remake of classic movie, then do it, don't make an edgy fanfiction about zombie rapist and slap the name of first and one of the most iconic vampire movies on it. Yea idk about fitting considering he actually had good movies before(albeit with few questionable scenes).
@@cicolasnage5684 dude wtf it’s called an opinion. How was I the one being snarky? And I made a connection to what I thought it looked like you could have easily just corrected me instead of writing your whole college thesis on the history of the mustache
Lily-Rose is already a better actor than her junky dad
Nossie was such a horn dog. My goodness.
God damn she's so bogged look at her
Gostei muito dessa atriz
You must bounce on it
CRRRRAZZZZZYYYY STYYYYILLLUUH
this movie was so fucked up
Mr steal yo girl
Genuinely stupid stuff to add to the story
Of course he steals, he's from Romania!
@@danegerdanethat’s literally the plot of Bram Stoker’s Dracula
Masterpiece ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nosferfreaky did freaky style to the daughter of jack sparrow
It’s a shame this movie was so hated.
with the years people will love it more and more. Not all diamonds are uncovered immediatly and i hope the extended cut will bring extra spice to the movie through more orlok, perhaps some more shots of the castle and other spots
Hated? It's seen nothing but praise. Deservedly so. Robert Eggers is a genius filmmaker.
What world are you living in where it’s hated?
Best movie of the year in my humble opinion.
@@Darkside_1994I agree but there was a lot to dislike about it
Bill Skarsgaard was amazing
DRrrriiink
Wasn't great by any means. The bright side is you get to see Lily Rose Depps breast which are the perfect size and her nipples are AMAZING !
"Ziiit" 💺
I still love the fact that Count Orlok was hospitable to his guest, like he still opened his doors to Thomas, made him eat dinner even if it's past hour, offered him a drink and a room to stay lol😂😂😂
대사가 딱딱했어요
I’m going to remake this movie one day with Tommy Wiseau. “Welcome to my castle Mark”.
0:21 “Drink.” Me: thanks, but no thanks. Mother told me never take things from vampires.
0:10 He could tell since he’s a vampire
0:03 If it were me, I would say I would love to say, but my families expecting me
where's his fangs
I hear a lot people saying this movie wasn't scary (and i don't think its terrifying) but if you don't think these scenes are scary then honestly nothing will scare you. If you were in that characters shoes, i HIGHLY doubt you'd be unafraid. I feel like the audience does not place themselves in the movie scene anymore and are just disassociating and waiting on jump scares.
You must bounce on it! Craaazy style-uh
YOU MUST BOUNCE ON IT, CRAZY STYUHLE
Every word and sentence is labored. It’s fitting given that he’s a corpse.
Another element of this scene that really distinguishes it from other Dracula interpretations is Thomas's rapidly encroaching terror. Like there's scarcely any time before it's quite clear that there's something very off about this count. And Nicholas Hoult is playing his wavering composure brilliantly as he fights against his own senses to not completely freak out. Like pleaaase, lets just get these papers signed and go home, that's not a ghoul, There's no such thing as ghouls, Knock said the count was eccentric, thats all this is, wait did he just f#%&in teleport over there?
Remembers me first sauron vocals. Ungortunately then changed.

This Orlok has such a commanding presence, as an Eastern European nobleman should. Crucify me if you must, but Bill outperformed the hell out of the other two versions.
Nah dude you’re right his performance in this is insane
I mean it was okay. It's not like it eill win a Oscar or Golden globe
@@notagain9023 it’s gonna win both you fool
Someone give a list of the soundtrack please? 😢
I love how sincrere they were with this accent! When you're adapting a story this old, it's only smart to really go all in with the vampire tropes and own up to them without a shame. Bill's Orlok with his castle, coffin and stage-precense felt instantly iconic and like the new generation defining vampire!
0:20 I don't give a fuck what the hell is in that glass but I'll drink it right away just to look cool
Its really a drink to sweeten him up for Orlok
This movie had a real black metal vibe.
It definitely made me go back and listen to “Transylvanian Hunger” for the first time in a while.
drinkkkk 00:20
Im kind of obsessed with his voice
Same.
We all are
😂 Hoult is still giving Renfield vibes but in a different character
No he actually does a pretty good job of holding a center I mean he’s literally doing business with a vampire how tf do you think you would hold up
Yep. But this is the horror movie by Robert Eggers. Lex Luthor/Nicholas Hoult/Beast.
Classic ✔️💥
Nosferatu/Death vs. Sonic/Puss in Boots?.
Thought this film was really disappointing. His looks is disappointing as well
