I created this channel to spread my knowledge and love for the game of basketball and self-development to as many players, trainers and coaches around the world as possible. I've had the privilege to travel as far as Anguilla and Haiti to run clinics, do virtual ball handling workouts with players across the country, Mexico and Guatemala and train over a thousand players out of Mass Premier Courts in Foxboro, MA.
Every day I study the game, great people and learn about the mind - and I look forward to passing along everything I learn from my career in player and personal development on to you.
Let's get better everyday.

this is fcking gold , ty so much
@@andyarifwibowo4279 glad to hear it 🫡
thankkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkyouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu so mucchhhhhhhhhhhhhh coachhhhhhhhh
This is actually legit advice although I will say doing it that way is much quicker but it's definitely harder to hit the shot takes a s*** ton of prep great coach
Is she single
Y’all gotta edit this sound. Not headphone friendly.
Woww
Still bringing the ball down too low before going up, didn’t really change much
We’re looking at where the ball is lifted to before he starts his “push” to the rim. Before it was at his cheek, after it was above his forehead - two totally different lift points
@@RockSteadyRD3Ahhhh I get you! My bad bro, can see the difference now
I paused it right at the same moment and it really hasn't changed much
Y'all are blind like how do you not see the difference
As a big man, more guards need to hear this
For real 💯
Someone tag Kenny chao this video pls.
What a move !!
I thought that was Steph curry at first😭
@@Jesusisking-l3z 😂 not quite
Keep posting these videos these really help me as I’m going into 7th and trying out for school basketball Super underrated
What makes the hop legal?
@@tristancole8158 you land with both feet simultaneously, so it counts as one step. You can’t pivot after you land though
@@RockSteadyRD3 Nice. Hard to do, but cool to know nonetheless.
You dont think thats bad pocket to shoot from?
@@Spedfree not at all. Having the ability to be so versatile of a shooter that you can pick it up from an abnormal pocket is a big advantage
only if you can't hit it but then you aren't so worried about this bit of technique
Kobe used to pickup from the side

Thank yuou!
Should do this drill with the defender riding the non shooting side hip into the shot
Double dribble ❤
Awesome !...I will be 66 in February and still try to dunk after my shoot arounds every Monday Wednesday and Fridays..Cant slam it like i used to but they still go in some times.. Reply
Big fan🫡
Appreciate you 🫡
Murray is trash
Is he though?
bruh none of that crap is relevant...all he did was run behind a screen 🤦🏻♂️
lol ok
In grade school that would’ve been called traveling
You’re probably right, a lot with footwork is being interpreted differently now
The push off goes crazy 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥
Oh look a foul. If you extend your upper arm you will get called, unless you are Jalen Brunson of course.
The dribbler should create contact with the body like in this video. When you initiate contact with the arm and extend, agreed you will get called.
I just bump and step back like just put my body on them (pause) and step back
how exactly is this helpful? take the novice from a-z with demonstration and explanation
So many players can only use the backboard when they’re finishing from a drive between the slot and wing because it’s just a straight throw to the glass. Yet, for other drives like going across the paint or out of the corner, they now need to be able to use spin or be sharper with ball placement on the backboard to get it over a shot blocker, and this is where they typically struggle to finish. So the point of this video was to show them the other driving angles they should also be practicing to really get better at using the backboard. Thanks for your feedback.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That’s my signature move
Great video coach!!! Can we get a crossover tutorial or a step back? Much love 🔥

Smart drill I gotta steal this one from ya thank u
Haha steal away 🤝
My tips would be…work on spreading your fingers on our shooting form, shoot nothing but free throws till you perfect your shot and feel comfortable, when shooting try to keep your strong hand elbow as close to your body until you reach the top of your shot, work on dribbling behind your back every other dribble will feel easy, when your shooting around and u rebound your own shot ALWAYS take a layup with your off hand every angle, work on a fade away to the right and left then fake one way go the other on a fade away or over under, stand 5 feet from a wall and do a one hand bounce pass always make sure it bounces back to your waste, LOOK UP PISTOL PETE without pistol there would be no magic or bird without magic and bird there would be no mj without mj no Kobe or lebron Pistol is the most underrated player ever I know mj is the goat but pistol is my 🐐
Great stuff! I’ll be doing this next time I go to the park!
Great! Glad to hear it
First, pick a skill Step 1: Rep out the footwork Step 2: Layer the skill into finishing Step 3: Layer the skill into shooting Step 4: Layer the skill into game-like shots
at first I found shooting off the dribble going to the left is hard (im right handed), but after some practice, it feels much easier to get shots off going to the left. when i go right, i can't even shoot the ball straight and is fading and all that shit. i understand because same side pick up is supposed to be harder plus you have to turn your body mid air to get the right shoulder facing the rim, most player would fade a little bit. i guess i need to be more "squared" before going up to the air, instead of going up then try to turn in air, espcially with the very limited hang time i have.
You're right, you should try to do your preparation to square yourself before the shot so that you don't need to rotate in the air.
Absolutely love these drills man, gonna use them! I was curious though why didnt you put an angle on them? Generally speaking most 1 dribble pull ups angle left or right. Regardless great drill dude
Love to hear it man. You certainly can do them at an angle, that’d be another good way to learn/build this skill!

Arms went up first to attach the body under the body for better rhythm
Merci pour ton arrangement. La suite est elle toujours d'actualité. Ta méthode m'aide à progresser. 👍
thanks😁
