Nahi, scam nahi hai. Vo bas unlimited internet ke liye hai. Fixed minimum speed jaisa kuch nahi hai. Network tower se jitni speed aayega utni hi usme bhi aayega. And remote areas me vo log waise hi bandwidth or whatever kam hi rakhte hai jis se speed nahi milti bas 4G tak atka rehta hai. Jab phone me hi kam speed aa rahi hai to ye leke to obviously koi faida nahi hoga. Clearly likha hota hai ki isme traffic, distance, weather condition etc ka effect hota hai speed pe. Hamare yaha bhi aapki taraf tower saamne hi hai 200m ke radius me. 5G to aya nahi abhi tak, 4G+ tha vo bhi 1 mahine se 4G chal raha hai. MC JioCare scam hai. Nalle log kuch nahi karte. 1000 complaints kardi ab bas consumer court jana padega lagta hai. Unlimited internet and OTT to mujhe bhi chahiye the acchi speed ke saath but 5km durr se broadband wale optic fiber bas mere liye thodi layenge. And usme bhi boosters and junctions honge beech me jo beech me kahi bhi light jane par band ho jayenge 😂. Aur yaha hamesha kahi na kahi light cut hi rehti hai. Broadband to bas sapna hi reh jayega lagta hai.

There is a lot of issues in Jio Airfiber, it’s a scam, always prefer a FTTH connection for consistent connection. Cons: No symmetrical Speed Have to wait for 48hrs if any problem 10times buffering in 1hr Video You get better speed & OTT in Fibre plan Rain, Snow, Thunderstorms effect the performance.

Yes I also face issue but different... A sale executive take money and told us they will give us 9 months connection... But after 6 months They cut connection... I call in Customer care number but no solution they give us, they said We have to recharge again to continue service....
