Solid list , but I disagree with Cole and drizzy they should be 1 tier higher . In terms of rapping I think consistency does play a role and the fact that they have been rapping at a very high level for over a decade should be considered,that’s not easy. Unpopular opinion but I think kdot is a top 10 oat but not a top 5 rapper oat.

Another great video (commented on the balloonerism vid)! I'm actually surprised that they always put MC ride on these lists. Don't get me wrong, he is great. But he always raps in his group "death grips" and even so its damn near some heavy rock stuff a lot of times. Definitely very experimental rap on their album "the money store", but albums like "bottomless pit" and ESPECIALLY "powers that b" are more noise rock and IDM type stuff than anything. "The power that b" being damn near the final boss of experimental rap. Death grips (MC ride, flatlander, and zach hill) are critically acclaimed for a reason though, if you decide to react to them, I would recommend either "exmilitary" (mixtape that can be found on youtube or soundcloud) or "the money store" (their most popular). Besides MC ride though, your list is pretty solid. I would personally make some adjustments though. Of course, mac miller is SS because...... Im biased like that, but some other adjustments would be: Danny Brown to high A+ or S tier. (besides atrocity exhibition being phenomenol. His catalogue is so good. XXX is a classic mixtape/album. Quaranta is super underrated for 2023 and is my second favorite danny album. "uknowwhatimsayin?" is a fun little project. And something like "scaring the hoes" with JPEGMAFIA is a great time.... speaking of JPEGMAFIA) JPEGMAFIA to A+ (I know you have not listened to much JPEGMAFIA, but he is a juggernaut in experimental rap. I would recommend starting with either "scaring the hoes" for a two in one with danny, or "Veteran" as the best introducer to Peggy.... peggy is his nickname..... kinda weird, but weirdly rolls off the tongue you know?) Common to A+ (Besides Be, "Like water for chocolate" is one of the best albums to come out of the 2000s. I would personally say I like it more than "Be", so I think A+ for 2 amazing albums is a good placement) Juice WRLD and XXX to B (I respect them both as artists, but I can't in good conscious put them above Amine. They just have not had the time to really flesh out their sound and be put above some of the people below them. RIP to both though.) Anyways there are probably some slight changes I would have made, but those were the major ones. C tier and below is pretty much perfect to me.... hopsin should be lower though for scarring me with that "happy ending" video...... below F, he should be in the shadow realm, GOD THAT VIDEO WAS HORRIBLE!
