Why I left Verizon in my rural market, this was exactly why. Was either b13 sites which is 90% the time around here or 2, 13,66 sites.

Is it true that the iPhone 16 pro max have an x71 modem instead of the x75 ?

16 Pro Max has Upload MIMO on SA as well (I think) so that's what's helping the uploads.

Upload aggregation on stand alone at work on the 16 pro max. It realty makes a difference the weaker the signal gets.

Hey Hector hope all is well, it seems like that a Snapdragon X71 in the iPhone 16 pro ‘s. Can’t really compare to Samsung X75 they using . Apple dropped the ball IMO not using the X75

The iPhone 16 pro introduced WiFi 7 (sadly not with 320mhz bandwidth tho), compared to WiFi 6E on the 15 pro, but your comparing both phones on a WiFi 6E network, if you really wanna see the performance difference you should use a WiFi 7 router instead because now your just bottlenecking the 16 pro, which is why you won’t see any difference

I personally think that Verizon’s 5G/4G/LTE is good enough because T-Mobile might be the best but they don’t pick up outside of major cities. AT&T is more for small towns. Verizon is everywhere so Verizon might be slow but they pick up almost everywhere.

Why you put Router and mobile WiFi device in shoe rack?

I would consider raising a ticket with the FCC and getting in touch with CenturyLink about that upload. That's not at all normal for fiber

Sadly the 16 is running the X71 modem not the X75. The difference the X70 and X71 is upload has mimo now and updated antenna tuning. Im excited for the S25 which will hopefully have the X80 with 4X6 mimo on it, definitely gonna be a beast

The only major difference is upload carrier aggregation on SA. Which is pretty useful indoors and wished i had as i decided to keep my 15 pro max for another year while that matures.

More testing is needed but I thought the 16pro max had a new RF chipset with the new X75 Snapdragon modem ? It should be better

Man has T-Mobile and AT&T spoiled me, I've done 2.1Gbps on T-Mo in my areas, they average 1.5Gbps AT&T is now starting to up their average to 1Gbps (my max at 1.33Gbps) VZW is the only one falling behind, not even 200MHz is saving them, with sites having bad backhaul and the n77 signal itself not reaching as far, not sure what the issue is in my county and most neighboring counties. I remember your original channel and seeing a video back when AT&T and VZW were in the beginning of their n77 deployment and T-Mobile did 1.3Gbps and I thought I wouldn't see more than 900Mbps given I live rural (apart from mmWave). Impressive

the tmobile signal towers at chicago lollapalooza were so awesome. never dropped signal or had issue calling people in the middle of a crowded music festival.

Agreed, same with me. Verizon works great at home but at work is straight garbage cause I work in a big concrete warehouse half my shift, the other half im driving a truck. Tmobile works good enough at home but excellent everywhere else. Att sucks at my house but is decent at work

No issues here in east coast. We would get T-mobile but Verizon is consistent more than AT&T and T-Mobile everywhere we go.

Hector I’ve found T-Mobile does good on the interstates but get 50 miles off the interstate and it’s a different story Att and Verizon shine once you get away from the interstates I know fir a fact this is true I’ve got T-Mobile and Att when T-Mobile quits working no service Att is still working I’m still watching tv on my iPad
