The huge issue with Samsung is their customer service and complaints team when you need to contact them for anything including repairs. They are so bad I will now never purchase a Samsung product again. Their warranty is a total con and the threat of court action has forced them to comply but they are actively delaying a repair to my fold 4 and its now been over 4 weeks without my phone!

The price is too high and the phone and features is not worth the price your asking for the phone and the same ugly style.

I just got my s24 plus a few months ago and I just don't think people like me would be in a rush to get the newest galaxys, if your phone can update for the next seven years and next year you're going to have to pay for all of the A.I. features🤷🏾‍♂️

The Psion 5mx was far ahead of its time back in the late 90s. This company was already looking at quad folding displays and even rollable displays. Sadly, because it was so far ahead of it's time, the technology couldn't support that ambition, though they were trying. No such product was ever produced. 25 years later, we now have foldable screens and talk of that elusive rollable screen.

Not being able to change the phone's design is a big failure. They have engineers to make it better in every way possible but not in design, it's a joke!

Probably not anytime soon, but I can imagine Samsung becoming so arrogant and greedy, wanting to be the absolute best of everything (becoming a true rival of Apple) that they will just buy Snapdragon through buying stocks or putting up an offer they can't say no to; replacing their Exinos chips, or using the Exinos chips for their lower tier phones
