We apologize for the buffering issues we are seeing. Sometimes they're minor. This evening, we lost almost 1/3 of the service duration to missing data in the stream. We'll attempt to see if we can improve by relocating the hot spot to a hotter spot - maybe near the window. To do so, we'll need to move the camera, and so the view will be oblique. Bear with us as we try to find the way to make this tool work best for us.
