I always find it remarkable when people simply do what they should do. In your case, sing and play the guitar. You have what it takes to grow and write great songs that move in deeply, even if the song is unpleasant for you. Respect that you even sing it. I hope to hear or see many more originals from you.

It’s tricky to hear, probably play louder
You should practice the chords while humming the melody. This way your brain can really get the guitar down to shine behind your voice. You got an awesome singing voice but it sounds like doing both is a little tough for you. It is for me too
