Hi everyone, I am an average student, who's still craving for some academic achievement. I'm not brave enough to share my story😅, In my 10th grade I got 99.8%, in 11th grade I got 89.5% and in 12th grade ( the end of high school) got 87.5%. I don't have friends in school like no one is so close to me. Now I'm preparing for an entrance exam which is really tough and the competition is increasing year by year. All my friends are joined college except myself. Every year my grades are decreasing and the competition increases. I must believe that I can enter into my dream college next year. Sorry I'm not good at English, pls don't mind it. 😊😊

hi guys! I just need some advice on how to come back again. I want to give back everything I wasted, but my IQ is gone. I'm breaking down more. I want to try again, but my laziness is coming first. I don't know if I'm going crazy. I'm just imagining it but I can't do it I want to do it but I don't know what's stopping me I cry every time I listen to the academic validations there's something I'm missing so much since I've lost my appetite for learning I've been too influenced by gadgets but I can't do it, I just want to learn and get back my hard work, I've failed because I expected before, but that position was burdened by others, I stocked too much in my past and I don't know what to do, I want to kill myself only myself I love it I love it I'm hurt I want to cry and cry I sometimes hit my head with my hand maybe that's why I'm going crazy I don't know what to do

So basically this is going to be a rant I have to write this essay for school and it was due in 6 weeks ago and it’s an essay for this program of gifted children so I’m lucky and all but I couldn’t bring myself to write it so now I’m stuck with it. I just didn’t have the drive or mental capacity to sit down and do it. For the first time in ages, yesterday I sat down and actually wrote a bunch pf that essay and I was really proud of it. I was literally almost finished with it but I had to eat so i left it to write tomorrow. Then tomorrow aka today, I open my laptop to find that all the work I did is deleted and gone. I have to start again. I’m sitting here crying because I quite literally can’t.

I crave academic validation even though im just an academic achiever, im not pressured but i dont want to dissapoint my family so i pressure myself, im having a bad schedule of sleep and eat, i eat one times a day and sleep for 5 hours only, i dont want to be like this anymore, i wanna drop out and rest, but it'll lead to being an unsuccessful so i have to continue it till my very limit

Pov: Your parents always pushed you to be best and never show any validation for actually being the best in every subject and your work, until one day in October you couldn't take it anymore and literally got sick for two weeks from all the stress and pressure, so they kinda realized that you're a little tired. Now they tell you that everything doesn't need to be perfect, but you can't let yourself calm down because you don't trust anyone to care unless you are absolutely perfect or insanely talented.

yall call me crazy but i kind of like studying. No, I don't like sleeping for only2 hours a day during finals. And no, I don't like having constant headaches and having to drink 10 cups of tea (each cup made with like 5 teabags 💀) to stay awake. But god damnnn i love academic validation. This is really selfish of me, but I love it when people ask me for my score. And once I say my score, their smile falls off their face because i did the best in the entire class. I love having my classmates and friends looking at me with awe, just because of how impressed they are with my drive to succeed. I love it when my parents' friends won't stop comparing me to their kids. I love knowing that I am at the top of my class. And I love knowing that's something that's in my control. Yes, I am sleep deprived and my entire family and family friends and teachers have high expectations for me that make me sick to think about. But even so, I think that's a good thing. It shows how hard I've worked.
