she's so goofy lololol you should see her live alert!!!! She literally goes berserk!!! paw paw paw and if I ignore..... she starts jumping/pawing. I'm trying to teach her a more subtle alert.... BUT she is so excited when she finds a low!!

you mean the part where she's by nana? no, we were loading some huge potted plants in my Dad's truck.... LOL she had to practice stay by Nana.... a Child came up too, she sat calmly and let her pet..... She did really well with everything I asked her that day!~

@@nessab6698 that's aggravating I'm sure !!! I did end up having to change mine a few times, it started to peel and then lifted each time to point had to be changed... If memory serves... I ended up using skin tac under which helped a bit. Hope yours gets better !!!

I need to make videos of them again!!! Soup is now ENORMOUS lol!!!! Then Tofu, she is also getting big.... Artie & Nanners are still on the smaller side. Nanners had a wild escape last week, was found parascoping from under couch.... and ever since wants out daily! He has had a taste of freedom and likes it lol. How are you? Hows your creature!!??

I am so very sorry to hear your story! Mine... well I have my suspicions that my issues stemmed from getting monoclonal antibodies (after months of searching for info, found out monoclonal antibodies are made from growing the MRNA V in mice) I am an RN. I did not get the V. So many are going through similar issues and it breaks my heart..... I was previously mostly healthy other than Type 1 Diabetes that I have had for decades. Now, I am a mess. Major gastro issues as well including recent hospitalization for pancolitis. Is the corlanor helping you? I hope so and you are in my thoughts and prayers..... Thank you for commenting.

@@LisaGraceAdventures I'll definitely let you know how I'm feeling in 2 weeks from now. I'm literally on day one so just too soon to know. I wish you the best in your healing journey as well. I'm just thankful that I'm no longer bedridden. At the peak of the myocarditis I was unable to work or provide for my family for 3 months. It was a very tough time . Nothing in my life had ever taken me out but this was something my body literally would not let me work through 😞. Just praying every day that it doesn't come back or get that bad again so I can continue to be "Dad". I'm hoping as well that eventually the POTS subsides but it looks like it could be life long. Some people get better and others don't.

@@bekenuihe It sounds like you have had a much worse journey than me..... I hope things get better for you, the Corlanor works.... and you can get back to being "you"...... Pericarditis and Myocarditis can be so severe.... I hope you are in that group that are able to slowly heal over time 😀 It just continues to baffle me how the world seems to work.... and what the you know what has done. Here.... it is just day by day and trying to enjoy my 'good days'..... and the bad days.... just rest & heal.....

@@LisaGraceAdventures The scarring of the heart is small so my doctor doesn't believe it should effect my lifespan. I wish that meant I felt better though . Like going from the prime of your life to bed ridden for months over night is a horrible experience. Thank you for the kind words :) I've spoken to 3 Drs that say they don't believe the shortness of breath and chest pain I experience daily are to do with the scarring and that there's no active inflammation so I'm guessing it's the pots causing it .. I'm just so lost but gotta stay strong and positive for the family.

@@bekenuihe POTS stinks for sure..... I think sometimes too they just don't know what is causing what (symptoms) it all feels like a guessing game anymore... Like we are all so different in how symptoms can manifest.... Do you have an electrophysiologist too or just cardiologist? Glad your scarring is small, it is the small wins, right? Feeling awful just plain sucks. I so get it. My crazy fatigue hits out of nowhere and it's like I can't keep my eyes open, am flat down in bed immediately. strikes anywhere anytime out of the blue.... and odd thing is mine suddenly will go away after a few hours up to a day or so.... like episodic. Fatigue is THE pits.

I think it is 6.3? LOL! I was 6.3 (I think if I calculated correctly haha) with arrows down on dexcom, cooper pre-alerts as I am coming down.... also dexcom is 15 minutes behind whole blood sugar level.... so I was lower than dexcom stated (likely) Our newest addition in training is live alerting like crazy now at 7 months old! (Elizaveta) she has been training since 10 weeks old..... Hope this helps or maybe it will further confuse HAHA

I am guessing your insurance has approved the med for you? unfortunately BCBS denied this med even though cardiologist ordered stating they only approve for heart failure patients.... Glad yours is covered!! I now pay about $50/month getting the med from canada..... Hope it is helping you

@@Vizslabeau yes, I am self training this time. Our first diabetes alert service dog cooper was professionally trained by rivers edge diabetes alert service dogs in college station, he is now 9 and mostly retired from public.... but still does his job at home. We have 3 type 1 diabetics in house, myself and 2 kids. I decided to self train this time since cooper was a started diabetes alert dog and we finished his training from samples to live alerts.... elizavetas comes from mom/dad service dogs. She is now 6 months old, it has been so much work, more than I really imagined.... but she is doing wonderful with public access and scent training. Thanks for asking!

That is difficult for sure. There are organizations that help with fundraising.... may want to look into that ;) I know these dogs are insanely expensive these days. Our cooper (8 years ago, professionally trained) is now double the price if we had professionally trained again.... we couldn't quite do it that way this time, so I am self training..... training the low blood sugar alert is pretty easy too, if you ever end up trying to have a dog as a blood sugar sniffing home dog!~ It is alot of work (about 20 minutes daily training plus a never ending scent sample supply needed) BUT it is so worth it when they start live alerting!!
