What does it mean when dapps are fully on chain with ICP? I do not think ICP has a ledger. It purges old transactions in a tidy up exercise so that means state is more like a record in a database than on a ledger and state spanning multiple blocks. Also ICP has something called stable storage. How is that on chain when only the canister can read stable data? Am not dissing ICP. Just interested in understanding it better.
