real Brazil where are you envious? less than 20% of the population lives in favelas and you forgot to study, because you show the city of Rio as if it were an entire country, and the big favelas are in Rio, Brazil has 26 states and capitals and 1 more federal district! Good morning chief Which neighbourhood do you think is best to buy a studio for commercial purposes for airbnb, aside from moema ?
There are many, I can boldly say that Airbnb business is really strong and doing well here in Brazil, but as you rightly asked that which neighbourhood to look up to. They are many, you just need to do some findings and search.
I bought two studios in moema, in av Ibirapuera, in front of the Ibirapuera mall next to eucaliptus metro, it is still under construction and I am looking for a place to buy again.
I have not been to brazil but I believe in that country

@@Rags2Travel Most of the immigrants from Africa and Pakistan go to Brazil. They ask for asylum by saying that there is danger in their country or they give birth to a child to get citizenship and passport. After that they become RUclipsrs and show this path to all the Africans and Pakistanis. This is why today the countries of United Kingdom and Europe are struggling with this problem.
