Are you having refresh rate issue i am getting issue if i set 60 hz it automatically change to 120 hz after a time

Update itel 23. Apparently the 23 version is having some hiccups now. It froze occasionally that phone was given to our dad as a browsing phone (youtube,fb,insta) i check any other activities on the phone (also turn off fusion ram)and found non yet it froze for no reason that tapping the power button to refresh ends on a Reset function 😢 and now it takes abit longer to load
