So beautiful realy I like it

After coming from Malaysia.. being in Singapore feels so different, it’s like we can breathe again, feel more free and no longer have the fear of police raiding our hotel room. We r unmarried btw, and in Malaysia, unmarried couples are not allowed to be in the same hotel room.

Giving myself permission to rest: I had ALWAYS heard a person needs 7-8 hours of sleep and I would feel sooo guilty if I slept more than that! I’ve learned I achieve more and feel much better if I get 9 hours of sleep. I’ve finally gotten to the point where I can give myself a full 9 hours with (almost) no guilt. Such an important and underdiscussed topic!

I honestly don’t know if I could do the shark one…. 😳

My theory about rest doesn't fit into the 'received wisdom.' I think that most people are constantly 'underrested.' I say to people that they probably need one more hours sleep than they think they need. And then you need rest that isn't sleep. 'Fuzzy Time,' time when you're not focusing on anything. Especially not what you have to do next. The goal is to 'do less, but achieve more.' Your way of looking at things, and your approach to work, really speak to me. You're also refreshingly genuine and likeable; and onto something good. Be well rested, and be well!

The meals you guys had in a China restaurant is China cusines, not Singapore local foods. For Singapore foods, you can goro our hawker centres and try Nasi Lamak, Laksa, rojiah, zui kuah, carrot cakes, boiled eggs and kaya toast.
