The Kanban Method is indeed very flexible and useful to manage workflow in temas. We were able to employ it back in 2020 to manage a full remote team up to fifty professionals of Civil, Electrical, Automation, Mechanics and Chemical engineers and were responsible to ship Revamp projects to a Refinery Located in São Paulo, Brazil. It was a very successful experience, and the method is still used today by this team.

Donald G. Reinertsen, author of Principles of Product Development Flow, highlights the benefits of batch reduction that Sprint timeboxes bring. With this fixed timebox, along with other areas such fixed number of people in a team, natural variability decreases. Would a better approach be to add Kanban to Scrum's Sprints or XP's iterations, for example, rather than replacing them with Kanban, as Yuval Yeret author of Holy Land Kanban (2012) suggests?

There are some interesting statements regarding the timeboxes of Sprints exacerbating dependency issues. Other than the anecdotal, what objective measures can you point to to support this statement?

*When will you offer an electronic version of KMM v2?* Interesting content. The new assessment framework and associated recommendations seems a powerful way for me to help my clients radically accelerate their transformation and performance. This video would have been more useful had you provided examples of typical pain points that KMM v2 solved. Regarding Kindle, I understand the business case you made for NOT offering a Kindle version of the book. I tried KMM Plus, and though helpful, I miss being able to mark my preferred sections of books in Kindle without have to lug them around wherever I go. Also, I suspect that KMM Plus isn't available offline. So, would you consider offering instead a PDF version of the book? I would then translate it from to MOBI myself. Thanks for your great work in progressing Agile transformations!
