Can I input a photo image
3:30 the layers are used for.. So when you are drawing or add a picture and if is on a new year. It means if you want to delete the drawing you did, everything in the background won't be deleted unless you select that layer. Also using layers can fade them so there see threw. I ain't good at explaining, doing a video is much easier.
