At first I thought that the outside really looked dangerous, like a place where you would be mugged before you ever got inside. Bars on the windows didn't make it seem any more appealing. But after seeing the stairwell, I thought "No! Stay outside, where it looks safer!". Are there no lights at all in the stairwell? What a grim place. No wonder that after 98 views there are no thumbs up.

Nice property it woukd be nice with the doors stained a slight darker teak not to dark though ,and a fence around the property,i rekon if one lived there you would need a boat ⛵ incase of potinual flooding ,👍🤗💖

Hate that just-fixed-up-by-the-builders look, but it's got huge potential for a comfortable home with a rental next door ! Needs some character & color IMO & of course good weather would make a big difference to how the whole thing looks. The outside space is amazing for some great gardening choices too !

Honestly, the video of 22 Mayfield Gardens is well-made, but the music does nothing but distract. You show the outside, the rooms and facilities very clearly, but could improve it by adding a voice-over describing the house and its USPs. For example, what is the basement about. Why is there a stream of water a running through it? It is a potential living space or just a workshop? How does the empty basement impact the EPC? You can do so much more with your videos in 2023.
