Dave and Sue Travels
США
Добавлен 1 апр 2023
Sue, Cassie (our Golden Retriever), and I began our travel adventures in 2021 in our Winnebago View. Although some of our travels will be international, most of our itineraries will be in the U.S.A. in the motorhome. Sue has always enjoyed capturing photos of birds, other wildlife, flowers and vegetation, landscapes, and sunsets. I have turned my attention to videography. Our videos combine Sue's photography and my videography through music to highlight our travel locations and experiences. We hope you enjoy these videos, gain information, and are inspired to travel to see the beauty of our country and other countries.
Florida 2024 - Episode 5 (We're Going to Disney World!)
Sue, Cassie, and I arrived at Lake Louisa State Park on February 13, 2024. Lake Louisa is one of the nearest State Parks to Disney World. This natural theme park showcases a diversity of wildlife including deer, bobcat, gopher tortoises, bald eagles, hawks and osprey. In addition to Lake Louisa, the park has two other lakes, Dixie and Hammond. The campground sits between these two lakes. The state park provides opportunities for canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Bicycling and hiking are also popular here
We stayed at the campground for 2 nights prior to going to Disney World.

This main feature of the park connects the Atlantic Ocean with one of the most bio...

Sue and I were very fortunate to be able to reserve a campsite for two weeks at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo. Established in 1963, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park was the first undersea park in the United States. The park was named for the late John D. Pennekamp, a Miami newspaper editor, whose efforts contributed to the establishments of the Everglades National Park a...

Nice 🌴🐟🇺🇸
Very well done, your photos were very well .done.
We are doing this in August. We are taking our dogs. What did you do when your dog couldn't go with you on certain parts?
The weather was not hot when we were there. Our Golden Retriever stays quietly in the motorhome when she can't go.
What map application did you use at the beginning of this video?
Sorry I am responding so late. 😢 I import a snapshot of a Google Map into an Apple software package named Motion. I use Motion to draw the driving path. Motion integrates with Apple's iMovie.
Another great video. Will definitely check out your stops in Wisconsin if we every get up that way.
Wow, very challenging flyfishing that heavy water. Looks like you caught quite a few. Nice video.
Another awesome video. Loved out trip out there several years ago. You covered many of the same places we visited, but your photos (and video) were much better than ours. Hope to get back out there again.
Another great video. We loved RGSP. Have done the hike twice. Looking forward to more of your videos in 2024
Thanks for sharing this high quality video. We’ve been to both parks and it was fun to relive some nice memories of both.
Beautiful photos and I’m so glad you are giving attention to the Signal Mountain area. We stayed at the lodge there one night in 2022 (WAY too short) and loved it. It doesn’t get much attention on a lot of the travel channels. We are planning a longer trip at the campground next year.
Looks like a fun trip! Great video!
Thanks. The trip was great. The guide was outstanding. Idaho and the Salmon River are beautiful. I hope to fly fish there again.
@@DaveandSueTravelsIt's on my bucket list to do a trip down the salmon
Grand Tetons are on my northern list and good to know about the KOA. Love those campground outposts. Awesome video and information about the route. Thanks for sharing and take care.
Glad it was helpful!
It was, thank you again.
Bison. Not Buffalo. Buffalo are located in Africa and southeastern Asia.
"The North American Bison is commonly referred to as a buffalo"... quote from the National Buffalo Museum in North Dakota.
Hello-thanks,unusual -Dave~ ;)
glacier is my absolute favorite!
Great video. When were y’all there?
For east Glacier we were there July 9-14, 2023. We also have another video from west Glacier. We were on the west side from July 2-9, 2023.
