21 of us did a Tassie tour back in March 2023. St Mary’s pass is a awesome ride. I’m originally from Tassie (live in Qld) and I can’t remember half the places we visited from my childhood. Best experience to see it all on the back of a bike. Doing Victorian alps in 2025 can’t wait for that trip.

Been wearing the Richa Infinity Jacket and matching pants for just over a year now, including a trip to Tasmania, where we went from 5 to 42 degrees, they’ve been great, one of the best things that seems lost to the Australian importer though is the huge size range Richa make these in, great for us really large guys, it just means we have to order from Europe The Richa gloves are also really good, I’ve now got 3 pairs, there’s nothing better for the price

Wow, they actually fixed the side of the road after the floods. Half the road was blocked off in areas on Silver Ridge Road. Ma Ma Creek store is now closed (very sad).

Great riding the dirt roads at the bottom of the range near Toowoomba, My Egypt etc. Keep it up.

There are some good roads often found by mistake. Drove through some of that area (in an old LHD VW beetle) when we only had paper maps - before internet and gps. Great memories from travel.

Alan, looks like you would need a GS in order to ride that road up the mountain, 😀. Is it any wonder the professional cyclist are so good in Europe when they train in this type of terrain compared to Australia. That's hard core.

I was holding tight to the sofa just watching that. 😄 That's road is being added to next next years France trip.

Haha - we actually travelled this one with the 'bago last year - knew it looked like a better motorbike ride.

Great video - I thought I had done this one back in 2018 - turns out it was Kidman Creek Road I was on. Dirt on a Triumph America - great stuff.

great scenery I come from Victoria so at the moment its a world away, but travel is slowly getting back will ride that are some day, Keep the videos coming ( at least I can dream) LOL cheers BMac
