I have an upcoming flight the same time with united out of trinidad to houston. I am very nervous and afraid to fly. was this a smooth flight?

In 2009, parents & I have flown on AA Super 80s twice on two different vacation trips. In 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018, my Mom & I flew on AA’s Super 80s on at least one vacation trip per year on those aforementioned years. Then in 2019, my parents & I flew on Air France’s A330s on a vacation trip to Paris in February of that year. Now I hope that we get to fly on another Air France A330 to Paris this July!

I’m disappointed that in this video, while there is an Air France A330 (ONE OF MY TWO FAVORITES!), 🛬 and taxiing to the gate at IAH from the beginning into the middle of the video, sadly in this video there appears to be not a single AA Super 80 (MY OTHER ONE OF MY TWO FAVORITES!) in sight at IAH 🙁. Was this video taken after AA retired their Super 80s in September 2019?

I’ve seen both Air France A330s and AA Super 80s at IAH, but unfortunately haven’t seen them in close proximity to each other. Both aircraft types from their respective airlines fly them into IAH

The way I got my mat down was we went to Michael’s and got some wood custom cut to the shap of the mat then we used Mod Podge glue on both the wood and mat then carefully laid down the mat. You then need to use a roller and rudder scraper (Wich Mod Podge also sells ) to get out all the bubbles. It dose dry really quickly so I would suggest getting help from someone else to glue and roll. I would also suggest doing a practice run with a scrap piece of paper cause it is a one shot deal.

Ah This takes me back prior to Covid. I travel plenty via IAH. Last time I was at IAH was last February on UA 101 to Sydney - 17:50 hour flight! Thanks for the memories! Hopefully not much longer before I can travel internationally again.
