A lot of small stuff is being washed out of the plant, Need slower Rotation or more water not sure what, other than that it looks like a really nice machine .

Needs more water, and slightly higher rotation, pitch needs adjusted too.

Looks like you are loosing a lot of fine material out the end. Could be a lot of lost gold in that stuff. Feed a bit slower and increase water

How much does it cost ? How much does that battery weigh ? How portable is it ? What's with the bucket brigade ? Can't shovel directly it the hopper ? Moving parts need maintenance more often? Classify your material before you classify your material ? 🤔 Did the designer use the KISS method? (Keep It Simple Stupid)

Great build but you need 24 rpm a little slow more surface area on perforated mesh smaller holes 6mm max i built a few of them i like the light weight design .

Not bad if you pre- classify your material. I’d love a very large centrifuge like say 55 gal barrel wide.

Nice concept....but like someone else pointed out the rocks don't look fully washed or at least some finer rocks that should fall through the trommel screen are not. Maybe a higher water pressure or longer trommel? Great concept tho...hope for the best.

Just found your website and channel, nice engineering but those rocks don't look that well washed. It would be interesting to see what's left in your tailings. Will be subscribing to see what else you come up with.

This is an excellent setup for one guy! However, it needs some “tweaking”. The hopper is awesome, and so is its water supply around the rim. But the fairly small squarish opening is too small. Next, the trommel should be spinning a bit faster, and a bit more water spraying inside the drum. Lastly, the punch holes in the trommel need to be the full length, not start about a 3rd the way down. All in all, it looks like a great machine and the quality looks superb. It just needs a few improvements.

Agreed, also I think they fed it too fast, feeding it slower would solve some of the issues but then again one want to be able to feed it as fast as possible.

i agree with you bro, the tailings is so filthy, i think a lot of the gold is going out the end, not enough water and the trommel holes are a little small,.
