Stretching your feet - are you doing it correctly? 🤔
Welcome to Feet Conditioning & Feels Technique - Part 4 🩰
In the previous videos, Zuzanna showed you how to strengthen your feet and ankles.💪 Now, it's time to focus on creating those beautiful arches by stretching them out!🌈
In this tutorial, Zuzanna will guide you through the correct technique. Make sure to save this so you can come back to it later.
You will need a yoga block or something soft to place under your foot.
A chair or wall will help with the balance if you don't have a pole at home🪑
Important tips for both exercises:
- Gently press down until you begin to feel a stretch through your instep (the top of the foot). Think of elongating rather than crawling your toes.
