Is that J D Vance singing? Guess I need to revisit the GOP ticket
conner..
Very Good
The band sounds amazing!!! What can you say about Mark’s performance!! He sounds superb!!
A ver good band of the grunge era, recently I discovered their music and is really good
RIP Van Conner.
Rip Van Conner now, died way too soon, as did Mark Lanegan.x
Haha look at all those OLD cellphones hitting the ground 😂😂 @2:57
RIP Van Conner
This brilliance....my partner introduced them to me in '92-3...great car music taking the babies out to the beach.
Josh... fresh from his job at GAP
You can here the future - QOTSA in Josh's soloing.
I'm met mark one time in Atlanta when Queens of the Stone age started their tour for songs for the deaf 2 months before the record came out with Dave Grohl on the drums. I honestly did not know who he was when he was coming out on the stage for a few songs so after the gig I walked up to him he's smoking a cigarette and I said hey man what's your name and he just very quickly nonchalantly said Mark in his gravelly ass voice and kept walking. I was like okay....
Great song….
Screaming Trees we're the original grunge band. All those bands copied them. Lanegan with his voice was the elder statesman. Big love & will forever love them.
This kind of rock make me feel relaxed and uplifted. What's wrong with being a really good musician. Ether that or the drugs I'm on.
Damn good shit. I really didn't know of Mark Lanegan until I listened to slip away with Mad Season
That beautiful deep baritone voice sends shivers down my spine. RIP Mark. You had one of the most distinctive voices in rock.
Lanegan did not deserve this band.
There's allot of good music that has come out and more for the future, I'd like to make some myself. But in my opinion queens of the stone age songs for the deaf is the best record released since it was released.
Mark looks buzzed on something. I wish I could have partied with him. And the whole band.
UNO lakefront with this lineup baby!!
So much good music in the 90’s
Disconnect the telephone lines………
This is the best version of this song hands down. Thank you for putting this out here. Long live Mark and long live music!! Edit: I would like to add that Mark had this undeniable magnetism in performances and drew you in and reminds me of Jim Morrison in a lot of ways. Edit 2: Mark should still be alive and the Screaming Trees should have had more press coverage and way more success than what they had. They truly rocked very hard and those of us who have heard them, are pretty damn lucky! Long live Mark and his good friend Kurt. And shout out to Chris while were at it!!
Great Jam!!! Well Down Ellensburg
The reading sing backwards and weep and then learning the guy died two weeks after you finish. Motherfuking rip
With Josh Homme on guitar, no less.
Gary Lee was a great guitarist! So different in the early 90s!!
Rockingham drag strip! 97. Llolapalooza! The Screaming fucking trees.
Rip Mark
Shut the fuck up. All your mother was good at was creating fat, ungreatful stains Sorry i never met my dad either..bitch
I liked Kurt Cobain for his bravery, sarcasm (humor). Mark Christ also brave, and funny. Both men were romantics. But what I liked most about them was their Faith and humbleness in Jesus Christ. what I've Learned from them/you all is sometimes you have to be a little proud. Even if you don't think you think.
RIP Mark Lanegan
dude i thought they only played halo of ashhes on jools. shit those 2 songs they performed here are, in my opinion, flawless. Maybe not technically but as a rock performance. You can see the guys behind the stage looking on in awe. RIP Mark didnt get the chance to meet you, say hi to layne and kurt for us!
A young Josh Homme
R.I.P安らかに眠ってね。
Rest well Mark. 1964-2022.
😞
Obrigado Mark Lanegan!!! Hoje, tomarei um "Wiskey com um fantasma santo" em sua homenagem... Today, I'm going to drink a "whiskey for the holy ghost" and another in your honor....
Awesome song!
R.I.P mark.thanks for the music
I love this version. They appeared on Later during what would their final UK tour in ‘96. Anyone who saw them at The Astoria in London will tell you they were at the top of their game, playing as their lives depended on it, fronted by the one of greatest voices in rock music. Mark Lanegan RIP
Same at Lollapalooza New Orleans 1996.. played their fooking guts out..
RIP Mark
R. I. P. Mark
