i think this song is about a forbidden relationship between a teenager and a grown man. the numbers: she's 17, he's 24. also if you listen carefully, you can notice how she switches the tone of her voice. when she mentions 17, she does it in a childish, sweet way, but when she sings 24, it's rougher and manly. the parts where she says they meet in a park and it's dark and also she asks him to hold her hand in the shadows, he knows it's wrong so he keeps their relationship hidden from everyone else. it's my point of view though.
