As far as I know, there isn't a direct bullet train from Kawaguchiko to Osaka. You would have to take trains (Fujikyuko and Yokohama lines) from Kawaguchiko station to Shin-Yokohama station, and then from there you can take the bullet train (Tokaido Shinkansen) to Shin-Osaka station.

@@TheAsianWanderer333 once you are there at the station, make sure you grab a map. On the map, there's hours of operation and stop time at each bus station. This village is one of the stops and the bus will be there at the stop time :)

I didn't see Maleficent Dragon this year. It caught on fire last year and I'm not sure if they're going to bring it back ever. But according to the news, they're not bringing it back this year.

Yes, you need to buy the bus ticket at the bus station round trip back and forth. If I remember correctly, they also have bus pass for many days. Things might be different now, so you can always ask them at the bus station whether you can buy the ticket on the bus.
