就算沒有神之水滴，Henri Jayer在生時啲酒都好貴. 以前Jancis Robinson訪問過Henri Jayer . 現在連Chablis 都貴晒. 飲第二樣把啦😆
Can the host be more uninterested?? Stark contrast to the winery guest. Show some respect and interests in the guest and her wines. Make eye contact with the guest and put on a show, looking at the camera does nothing. The camera can zoom in on the wine labels so we can see and get interested.

Bourgogne噶酒真係葡萄酒入門好選擇，好入口，果味花香都夠，價格可平可貴，幾中意
Cork系用橡木皮，唔係用松木，同埋新噶說法係cap唔會影響陳年，因為都可以控制氧氣進入噶多少，反而仲穩定而且不怕有木塞味，不過幾百年都係用cork，所以觀念唔係甘易改

以前對酒冇乜認識,喺澳洲讀書就一直都係飲佢哋嘅出品,對白酒冇乜好感因為感覺上比較酸,返到香港開始接觸德國Riesling先知原來有甜啲嘅選擇,試過kabinett配cheese platter不錯~

I understand it is more profitable to sell more expensive wines for similar import/shipping/storage cost. For the vast general public, we want more accessible wines to get more exposure to the wine culture. In the US, most ppl drink under US$20 wines and in Germany, the average wine spending is about US$2 a bottle according to one German MW. Please bring us more under US$30 and early drinking enjoyable wines. Even some inexpensive Romanian wines are quite enjoyable to the HK palettes.

Maybe have an episode once a week on one inexpensive wine, like Happy Friday. Another day for serious wine. And yet another day on a wine that you like, like Dale Tuesday or Yuki Monthly etc.
