Beautiful. Raag charukeshi is actually a carnatic raga and it is borrowed into Hindustani classical music. It is indeed very nice to see that Hindustani artists are singing many carnatic ragas such as saraswathi, vachaspathi, abhogi, hamsadhwani etc.. The Hindustani versions of these ragas are just as beautiful as the Carnatic versions. Kudos to preethi and her team on presenting raag charukeshi . God bless. 🙏🙏🙏

On using different notes in Raga , reference to use of Madhyam by Pt. Kumar ji in bhoop could have added flavour. Thank you for sharing this on you tube. Worth "100" times listening.

Great effort in spite of the handicap of not possessing a very suitable voice. Her efforts to keep Indian classical music thriving in the US are commendable, aided by her high theoretical knowledge of the art. However, notwithstanding the commonality of voice constraint, comparing the performance with Ustad Amir Khan (as done in one of the comments here) will be unfair to the great maestro, & I am sure that, she will be foremost in agreeing with this. Best wishes to her. Also, can it be clarified who is who, on tabla/harmonium, out of Ravi Gutala & the other name mentioned here?
