I just got a W.E.P branded version and the hot air gun failed after one use! I was holding the gun, it gave a pop, started melting and producing smoke! The air guns are available separately for replacement.
It is bought from "shenzhen E-xang ELECTRICAL CO., LIMITED"
What's wrong with the sound? It's making a rattling sound (?).
