It's an AXX 2005 car/engine, it had a gravity performance intercooler here which is useless. IATs true the roof so only made 300hp but 348ft lbs of torque. On a nice cold night like this tho she ran really well. It's since been forged but not running much more power, same turbo but an FMIC.eu intercooler 331.8 now in highest map. Selling it now so won't go any further.

The sequence is that the rpm must be over 4,000rpm, it can do it rolling or standing still, in any gear at any speed, once the rpm is over 4000rpm.

It's really upto you bro, if you want get a bit more sound for the e350s V6 then yes go for it, get a muffler delete and see what you think, enjoy 🙂

The car was clean bud, it's a 19 year old golf Gti so maybe it's not as clean as you think but the car was clean, headlamps are much better now so I was very happy with the result, I gave the lamps a clean after with some polish.

@@fr0znn802 Usually you only put a stage 1 map on your car if you aren't doing any other upgrades. I don't exactly know how much this particular map you're talking about increases horsepower, but as far as I know you should only really push this car to around 230-240hp max if everything is stock. If you want to push above that, you would need to start doing a bunch of mechanical upgrades as well.

Yes custom made K04 core with the K03 housing ported to fit. Makes 24-25 and about 20 before 3000rpm.

I done a VIS HPFP upgrade, S3 injectors, 155bar fprv from Bartek. 200bar rail sensor. Ramair intake, 3inch turbo back exhaust. Big intercooler, pcv mod, R8 coils all the good stuff 😄

Hey man, yes it can on 99octane but in Ireland we have crap fuel its sold as 95 but depending on where you go it may be even less, this is a just a k03 hybrid my tuner got me cheap, it made 305hp on a hot day in June, I think its around 320 on the road. The turbo was only €550 new. Car is sold now and still going strong.

@@LBZDreamer coolant is okay not loosing. Also removed and bench tested injectors they were okay . My issue was oil leaking from back turbo seal

Hey man, what diameter is your exhaust besides the downpipe? It could even be down to the size of your tips and also it was very cold that morning very fresh so maybe that had something to do with it. Its one single pipe down 2.25inch from a 3inch to 2.5 inch downpipe it was all custom made. Sounds sweet indeed I sold the over a year ago should have never sold it miss the car so much.

@@adamgs450h8 The exhaust is 3 inches, there's really not a real downpipe, i just gutted the cat and welded it back shut. Sounds pretty grunty under a load but not so much in neutral.

@@actualyoungfarmer1078 Gutted cat may distord the sound, put a straight pipe in its place. Find some universal Magnaflow muffler to install it as the axle-back (it is a straight through), and finish it with a downturn exhaust tip - make sure that the tip sticks out behind the rear bumper's lower edge, otherwise you may have bad drone. I think you should like it :) If will be needed, feel free to put Magnaflow round muffler/resonator in the middle part of the exhaust, will make the sound even more refined.

Yea it was just a base map to get me out the exhaust shop running right, I tuned it then to 271hp 501ft lbs, but 0-200 in 23s in what a claimed 290hp one does to its all about the dyno, my tuners dyno is very honest. Just look on you tube, 100-200kms in 16s this did, there really a faster one on RUclips they are all similar 😀

S3 injectors are a must on 95 octane, if you can run higher octane fuel you can maybe get away a healthy set of standard ones and HPFP upgrade from vis or autotech. The S3s will give you plenty of headroom though, intercooler upgrade, check out fmic.eu.. 3 inch downpipe at a minimum exhaust wise, you know your self the usual fueling upgrades and flow upgrades for the MQB platform, I'm at 191k kms now and no issues I do 100km a day in the car. I have handling and brake mods to.

Stop crying man, its my engine ill do what I want. A few revs at idle with minimal load is not going to kill this engine. Had over 300k kms there to 👍

@@abdullahz4804 The OM642 is still a strong engine but the older i6 is stronger but its also slower and doesn't sound like this.

I do pal, its an exceedy stage 2 but the standard clutches can take good torque, my tune is very linear to, not a mad spikey torque curve so its comes in very well. 303ft lbs at 4800rpm

@@jayteey3743 Great to daily bro, I do 400 miles a week 90% motorway, they're a solid car man very tight on the road and they are decent to run cost wise also. If your in the UK you will make power much easier thanks to your 99ron fuel. I was in the UK I'd be making at least 10% more hp vs what I am making on 95ron, but as you can see see pulls hard. It was ran on a very honest dyno 😅 just make sure you get a good one with history or you will regret it 😄
