in lower amounts? Not really but in higher amounts? from 250 regen you already start regenerating a heckton, and with the 500 regen set i was using, you basically end up regenerating to full hp in a minute, though the higher regen means you'll spend less in size and speed, so you'll have to play without those if you go high invest overall tho, regen is quite good i'd say! especially for a more passive playstyle

2 pulsars can't be out at once, so the cooldown reduction isn't too beneficial sadly​@@jamclone
