1.Sir always refrigerant charge in gas form not liquid because compressor can compress only gas . 2. Always gas charge with compressor running .

i would’ve looked into CD41 and examined EEV percentages and diagnosed from there , or use a magnet 🧲 to flex the valve & determine if it may be stuck.. great video

It is very simple check TXV economizer and reading on CD12 (EXPANSION VALVE STUCKED IN CLOSE POSITION) liquid coming from economizer system making ice on compressor

Morning sir, if the compressor surface get frost and ice, does it means we need to use Cd-41 to adjust EEV opening to solve? (EEV opening 100%/cd54= 24.7°C/ cd12 =0.5bars cd14=9.9bars), many thanks
you can try it but you must check motors rotation eev coil and eev body and replace if needed/ also check if evaporator coil is ice covered initiate 2, 3 de-frost continuesly
or use magnet to adjust eev manually

@@hardstone7791 like sir with proper information how much should be discharge pressure is ideal during freon filling nd any danger if we exceed reefer on high discharge pressure during freon filling
there is not a such exect pressure for re-filling of refrigerant always keep your eyes on qty. and always re-charge with digital scale, for further 230 to 250 PSI for R-134 is ideal discharge pressure. in full cooling mode

simply download the file as shown in the video then connect you mobile with you laptop with data/charging cable you will found a folder named microlink open in and copy DCX file into your pc or laptop
