The fact you video your torquing procedure tells me you guys have been hosed in the past by some crazy accusations with dire consequences. No matter, your attention to detail is of course not unnoticed.

The torque wrench adds no tightening motion, the bolts have been tightened up at a torque already greater than that at which the torque wrench is set, meaning potentially the bolts may have been stretched.
