Cloud inversion over Gatlinburg TN showing it’s moves as the sun rises over the Great Smoky Mountains
Town Center Plaza Fire, GATLINBURG TN with Mutual Aid Response
Multi alarm fire in a 2 story commercial structure located at 745 Parkway Gatlinburg TN. Units from Gatlinburg FD, Pittman Center Volunteer FD, Pigeon Forge FD, Seveirville FD, Seveirville Ambulance and Gatlinburg PD responded to the scene. The fire spread throughout a common roof and eventually consuming 4 businesses. The rear portion of the structure was vacant.

Yup that was set by the county . They must of found the meth lab in it and where house . Cause if this was a real fire more of the county fire dept would of been there and not just two company's Sevierville would been there along with Kodak, Seymore and others ....
How to burn a building down
Squirting fire coming through roof looks impressive,it only pushes it back further into remaining roof ! Roof should be trench vented away from fire then push against fire pushing fire out through already burned through roof area! Maybe different apparatus similar to log lifter to put whole in roof away from fire to put master stream into !
At this point, they had gone totally defensive operations. It had already spread through the entire roof system.
why did not save the one buildin by cutting off the fire from the inside
My understanding they started with offensive attack on the interior but got up in the common roof quickly and ran from there

Man this is one long walking bridge,but the scenery is beautiful as long as you take your time but not too much🤔🤔🙄😣😥🙃😷. Is this from one side in gatlinburg or goes to pigeon forge??!!
Angela, it’s situated in the middle of Gatlinburg. You ride the chairlift up to top then walk from one ridge over to the other ridge. They also have a walkway in place now that you can take instead of crossing the bridge. 😊

Especially since the view really isn't that great to look at honestly. I saw something on facebook on this and it made it look way better than this.
It's worth it, but I went during the snow. And seeing the snow on the mountain is AMAZING!!
Who the hell said that you pay the $30 only to cross the bridge? We went up on the skylift,saw the wonderful view from up there,took pics and videos,sat on those chairs by the edge,saw a bear down there,crossed the bridge,walked on the glass and even laid on it...took more pics...relaxed on tje other side...then went down at night on the skylift again...Does that sound like "only to cross a bridge" to you?

Going across the glass part scared me really bad when I went, but everything about Gatlinburg is incredible! Everyone and all of the places you could stop and eat and have a great time. I remember when I went to a pizza place there with an arcade in it, one slice of pizza was about as big as your whole head. I honestly truly wouldn't live anywhere else.

It would depend on the wind, but it's like any bridge..It has to sway/move a tiny bit. I personally would like to try it, but what if you are half way out there & you panic, then what?
I've done this the other month. It does sway a bit. Do not look down. And don't look straight up either. Especially don't at the glass part. Just look ahead and nowhere else.
