I have a question-if I have a card graded as a 10, then I take it out of the plastic case and send it to get graded again, wouldn’t I end up with two PSA codes? Then, I could buy a plastic case and put a card that's an 8 or 9 in it and sell it as if it were a 10. Is it possible?
