@4096quagmire Yes it was amazing. We were sitting on the lower tier in block 105, the seats were ok, I have had better seats but still was able to see.

Can NOT ignore the beginning. I loved your sighs - I felt the same way. So, it was a great effect to the video, frankly. Thank you. This song says so much. The best song ever written - about youth, dreaming, life and our dreams are fleeting, so hard to say goodbye to them. So beautiful To hear Yusuf sing it again. Chokes me up.

I doubt he will because of the negative comments in the song about New York. That song was actually banned in New York I recall. I like that too. Yusuf can still rock it out and hope for the next album, he does do a few upbeat numbers and has Alun Davies play on the album. He didn't play at all on Roadsinger and yet he is in his band. Alun is a great player.

Actually this song is not from his new album, but his last Cat Stevens album " Back to Earth " which came out in 1978. I too am surprised he added it to his setlist. Maybe he wanted to do some upbeat songs, for most of his new stuff now is much softer than this and Tuesday's Dead
