@doriekayy Of course, I lost 120lbs by eating low-carb. Since I wasn't hungry, it was easy to stick to. I didn't really track calories, just carbs. Constipation is the only side effect I have I take magnesium before bed with fiber gummies and miralax in the morning. That's pretty much what worked for me. I wish you the best with your journey. I know you will be successful! ✨️ 🙏🏾

🩷 I am so happy for you and your new journey. The best advice is to drink plenty of water. Also, just in case have a bottle of vitamin water on hand. I drink the dragonfruit flavor. Anytime I feel nausea, I drink a fee sips, and i qt goes right away. I think its the B12 in it that helps.

👏 Getting approved is a great start. 🩷 once you get word of your authorization getting approved, you are most likely good to go. If you have any issues at the pharmacy, let them know they have to make a call to a specific # they have to get a waiver. Every time I get the refill, the pharmacist has to make a call so I can get a waiver because the cost of the medication is actually more than what my insurance covers.

🩷 lol I didn't. However, I was using the shrimp to get every piece of flavor from the salad off my plate, wishing it was more. 🤣 It was a perfect amount of food, and I didn't feel stuffed afterward.
