You continuously put yourself down, “I’m the worst nephew ever” “I’m stupid to think like that” you gotta change that narrative in your life and become that main character of YOUR life. (I’m learning this part too) slowly but surely change that voice in your head.
You're definitely right man, I think for the most part I have started to really eliminate the negative self talk from my head - where it gets tricky for me is my sense of humor. Like I think it's funny to say that kind of stuff sometimes, thought it's definitely possible that even in jest it can still be negative to my psyche.
@@itsfrankieiv I feel that on a spiritual level man. I’m happy to hear that you’re working on eliminating negative self talk. One of the hardest things was fully eliminating self deprecating humor. I use to rag on myself all day, but I think deep down it impacts me more than I originally thought. Small steps for that big goal you know. Give yourself that grace that Zach always talks about!
