@@jillybeanstudio Yes, it definitely is! I do a similar thing, shop my stash for different projects and gather the items in baskets to come back to later. Such fun to collect! 😊 I’m sure you will capture your lovely New England Fall beautifully! Thanks so much - you take care, too! 😊 P.S. I found a new Micron pen recently that I really love - Micron PN. It has a plastic nib (PN) so the felt tip doesn’t get worn, bent, etc. It writes sooo smoothly, too.

@@CatHand Yes the Micron PN is lovely and sturdier, I have a couple and enjoy them too. Love nature inspiration, like your dragonflies and bird cams:) I'm still amazed how those dragonflies land on your hand! So many stash rediscoveries lately! Feels good to dig in:)

Hi Patty, oh I love the tip to color swatch outside to match nature's colors, now that sounds like a journal adventure! I have yet to swatch most of them on black, I think I will as I get to the Halloween mode and then share the results. I want to play more with a Frida Kahlo style too.... So true, there's room for all the styles of sewn and unsewn journals. It some times takes me a few weeks in an unsewn journal to decide if I want to bind it (before it gets too big:) Happy journaling to you and all the friends at Soggy Bottom!
