I read the book Weeping Time & was surprised to learn that the Savannians I talked with had no knowledge of this historical event. I fell in love w the Antebellum history of Savannah & studied its history, hoping to become a tour guide. The Weeping Time is not in the manual. History can not be erased.

very odd that most american black people are christians, a religion imposed upon them by owners. never understood this.

This message was from God's own heart to alot of people who are trying to get over bad experiences in church. I have come to realize all this christian culture is a distraction. "Oh man what does the Lord require from you but to do Justly, love Mercy, and walk Humbly with Your God.

I can't tell you how much your book, podcast and messages mean to me. I am an old man now and I have spent most of my life in cultural christianity with out even knowing it. I began a process of deconstructing in 1996. I was also reconstructing in the process, again without knowing it. I have been asking hard questions since then and finding real truth slowly on God's time table. Jamin put some pieces together for me today as you have been doing. Years ago I could have been a good christian with out a relationship with Christ. Today I am nothing without a relationship with Christ.

Gunter and jamin you both are helping more people than you know. Thank you both for being the light of Jesus in dark places. Another great episode!

Jesus spoke in metaphors a lot. He made man think… He meant for his lessons to last forever… it was up,to us to figure it out. I think that’s why it’s so easy for organized religions to misinterpret his teachings.

Several years ago my husband and I attended a church where Micah pastored. We have seen him minister in the prophetic scripturally, by the Holy Spirit, and in the love of God. From time to time I read again a prophetic word that Micah gave to me several years ago and I am still encouraged by it. Great podcast!

I have experienced prophetic dreams regarding my prodigal son. He was an infant at the time, but the dream showed me that he would fall deep from grace & that I was helpless to rescue him. When I woke, I was crying . The dream has become a reality. It was the 1st of 2 prophetic dreams that were God's warnings. This podcast reminds me of God's love & mercy in His desire to be relational in my life. Thank you.
