You forgot to specified that the condenser should be painted with barium sulfate paint that reject the heat into out space instead of the atmosphere that will help to heat up the planet. Where as when the heat is rejected into space with the sky cool barium sulfate paint, it doesn't heat up the environment because the heat is not trap in the atmosphere.

These hyperboloid towers are used for more than just nuclear power plants. Any place where a lot of heat needs to be removed efficiently.

I think that is wrong that heavy water goes to steam generator. Heavy water surround normal water in separeted loop.
