im surprised i havent seen anyone else brute forcing it by just overlaying the font (its eurostile btw), i did that and i figured out a lot it ends in -zes (that prepenultimate letter just cannot be an e or an o. there are other es and os on the recovery centre to compare it to, you dont even have to dig up the font you can just use your eyes :P but if you do dig up the font, you can see it has to be a z. z is the only letter with a flat line at the bottom like that. the letter between the z and s is an e, anything else doesnt line up with the kerning -and just doesnt usually appear next to those letters in that order lol)- there are also no letters with descenders, you would be able to see them under the cardboard the font isnt monospace so figuring out the length isnt possible. the thinnest letter is i and the widest W, so its somewhere between 15 (iiiiiiiiiiiizes) and 5 (WWzes) which doesnt really narrow it down much lol what word is it then? i have no idea lmao if you google 'words that end in zes' youre just going to find present tense forms of verbs ending in -ize, and we need an adjective -honestly im half convinced its just a keysmash and if/when they reveal it theyll just change it to something else. i did find a words-ending-in-whatever website that lets you filter for just adjectives and it yielded 0 results, so if it is a word its a bloody obscure one-
