can't we use DATEADD and DATETRUNC functions, To calculate last 3 months, [order date] >= DATETRUNC('month',DATEADD('month',-3,TODAY())) and [order date] <= DATETRUNC('day',DATEADD('month',-3,TODAY())) To calculate current month, [order date] >= DATETRUNC('month',TODAY()) and [order date] <= DATETRUNC('day',TODAY())

I have face interview question When I select year 2023 then I get the view month wise and for year 2024 then I get the quater wise view.year should be in the filter.

Capgemini is worst company to apply for. I got selected HR round also done and accepted the offer HR offered but when i didnt get a call back from them for 1 week. I reached to them and they said salary you are asking is not approved!! Worst kind of hr process even after clearing the interviews they are not so good with the candidate!! So beware of giving interviews and waiting for it!!!
