The yellow truck is my 1971 Chevrolet C20 factory big block truck. It was actually my first vehicle. It hasn’t had heat in a few years and i finally put some back in due to the unusually cold PA winter were having. The unit is part number SUM-991102-1 found on Summit Racing Equipment. Great little unit pumps heat like fire place. www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-991102-1

While tearing down the blue truck my 1968 c10 i figured oh, they make everything for these trucks aftermarket so i threw the steering components away thinking i could buy repro’s. Boy was i wrong. I could not for the life of me find a Centerlink new or used or a idler arm bracket. This is my first video of hopefully many, just kinda testing the waters with this one learning how to film and edit. I know its boring but there will be more exciting things to come, thanks for watching
you need to make more videos! this was awesome!
That’s wild my 318 burns the hell out of mu mud tires they’re 33’s
I think I'm going to look into this for my Chevy 88 Iroc Z. It's a slush box but this would give it a vintage Camaro feel.
My uncle's sisters girlfriends and co-workers former roommate love this video
Lol thanks 😂
That's awesome. It's my bucket list thing. Unfortunately I have a 2020 Corolla that is not in any way speedy
You can drive the dodge off a cliff
Did you sell this or still for sale?
I sold it
As a GM guy I will say that I HATE IFS on Chevy , so I give the dodge credit for staying true to solid axle front end on half-ton 4x4s although they too now have went away from the solid axle front end these days but anyways!?!
I've got a 93 ext cab 6.5 turbo diesel 5-speed nv4500 with 335k and runs better than new, they were built different then, bowtie for the W
I have the same truck except I have a c1500 mine is also a 305
Wich one is better ??????????????
Oh god the guy at the beginning - every time man hahah😂Just picked one of these up. Nice vid.
Thanks man
Wow!!
cold coolant returns from the top of the radiator, if you put the thing to the bottom of the radiator it would probably have worked better than the top, but the spot you went is a better choice anyway.
Dodge has a new face in 1994. In 1993 the generation was exactly the same in 1972. 1972 Dodge trucks were similar to a Chevy truck before 1973.
Ah yes America at it finest!!! ❤🎉🎉🎉
Chevy all day
He has the slow crap trans 42re lol. That gearing sucks some of the 5.2 had mated 46re and I'm sure it would of beat the chevy. The 46re and the nv3500 nv4500 are far better trans that dodge have. Most common issue was the 42res that were put in the rams that most would grenade. How i know i own a 99 sport 5.2 reg cab had the 42re that thing grenaded all of sudden down the road on me 😆 but I made it home 3miles limping in first gear til it couldn't no more. My 96 club cab sport slt Laramie 5.2 with the 46re drives til this day original trans as well. The torque converter seem to be the issues with them if you don't switch it out it'll ruin your trans and one comon issue is also the reverse not engaging a simple accumulator spring tend break. Other than that the trans is strong. It hasn't happen to me but my torque converter is whiny which is a sign of failing. As far as my 99 i bought with the intention to swap it for a 5.9 magnum 360 and a 46re which i already have done and is much quicker than ever. My 96 can peel tires both lol. The fact he couldn't was the 42re trash trans. Trust me if he ever needs a new trans or used go for the 46re you'll thank me later. The hearing is far better the second gear puts you back during acceleration it's just far better than the 42re. Or rh model. As for manual they move way way faster than auto definitely my brother has one had tow actually. He got rid of the white ram just like your friends lol. But the owner swapped it with a nv4500 trans into the 5.2. my brothers truck be flying 😆. He peel way to much being in first gear and even in second it's still spin surprised for a 318 to do that. He had a camper too on it. But eventually sold it. And got a quad cab 01 with the nv3500 5.2 still moves though pretty fast. Your friend needs to take off that camper it is weighing his truck down not by a lot but definitely it made the truck slightly slower. Try to do a race with him from a dig and redo at the freeway. Very interesting race like seeing these types of battles lol. As for rust unfortunately some people get a truck that previous owner never took good care of just used it til it rotted itself and beat it for work only. None of my 2nd gens suffer from rust thankfully. But as for paint that is a common issue for dodges same with ford's. Some Chevys as well but most definitely my 2ndgens have suffered from clear coat fading. I'll post videos soon of them. And some runs. So far like the authentic video 👍
Great video
I’m about to put one of these in my 69 c10 and my 55 Chevy sedan. Thanks for the detailed video.
Love in all day long
Some great classics some would make good wall art maybe
Not really good smashing things up Ans spraying on the cars regardless to them not being worth anything they don't belong to you guys.

*"Did anyone see '73-'77 GP's?¿"* Thanks!
Why did you kick the instrument panel,it not your property.
Yap he needs to pay for that one thing that is wrong with world today nobody has any respect.
Slow the camera down. We get dizzy watching this.
If you can get the rear bumper brackets and rocker panel moldings off that 66 Coronet I would be interested.

Cool stuff in there. A lot of it could use my services 🤣👍🤠
New subscriber here. Nice video. Some of my oldest memories are of playing in an old junk yard that was a couple of blocks from my house. it was full of 20's to 60's cars and trucks. Thanks for the walk down memory lane.
Hey thanks for subscribing man, junkyards are awesome havent been to to many yet but plan on exploring more Definitly a good time
Glad you jackasses are out east. I will be sending a link to this video to the salvage yard. You have no respect for someone else's things. Right off the bat, kick and smash an instrument panel just because you are a privlaged brat. It wasn't yours to smash. I hope you get banned from there, and any other salvage yard you try to visit. I will definitely be sharing this video!
See if that 71 gtx is there. It's rotted in half . The front half has the hemi under the hood. Story has it it's in a Pennsylvania salvage yard
Didnt see it but there was a few mopars, there was half of a 66 Belvedere but the camera wasnt working and i didnt get the video
Crush all that stuff and make a fortune in scrap prices right now.
Any Chevy citations? I'm in Franklin pa
Ill be honest im not even sure what they look like lol
At least the 3rd generation camaro's are where they belong
Lol
I bought from Klingers many times in the 1990s. 1st engine I bought from him was a 1957 Desoto 341 Hemi. It was in a black 57 Desoto. The car sat at the top of the hill as you pull into his driveway. I live in Michigan and I would stop there every time I went home from visiting my brother in Great Meadows, NJ. and leave there with my pickup FULL
Thats awesome this was my first time there but will definitely be returning
That was Don Telams tow truck in New Ringold. (the newer one, he had two). The back of the truck looks the same as when he drove it around Reading.
Very cool
Hey where was the 1st salvage yard location you both visited with all the old vehicles? I would like to go there sometime this year. Thanks for sharing!
107 birds hill rd. Pine grove Pa 17963
Thirty years ago some of those old could have been saved. Cool walkaround, thanks guys.
Paint that screaming yellow and you got Duke's 57. Jimmy Shine's buddy! 😁
That yard is useless, should all just be crushed except for the challenger and f bodies.
Fun to walk through not many usable parts tho
