Overall this looks amazing but very complicated for a first timer haha got a few questions about it all, where would i get a pcb to assemble all the parts to? how do i cut the bottles to the correct size to be able to load into this? and do you have a rough estimate on the cost of the extra bits needed? Thank you buddy!
Can you list me the electronics in the videos. What's the motor, power supply are you using?
A newer version will be uploaded tomorrow.
@@M.SKhan123 Well tomorrow can be wait. Can you list the electronics in your video? You only provided the hardware
u have the list materials? bearings and so on?
I made a newer version of it and will be uploaded in a week each and every information will be provided, thanks for your intrust.
Thanks for share❤
I have a question if you could record a separate video about electronics. Today I assembled the parts but I don't know how to connect the heater, buttons, filament tap and the thermistor. I noticed that you didn't add files for the buttons. could you add them? I would be grateful
I am using a PC Power supply so connect black wire of pc supply to the common terminal of switch 1 and green wire to the normally off terminal of switch 1. Another manually on-off switch 2 is connected parallel to switch 1. When you turn on switch 2 power gets on heat the hot end when the motor drives it pulls filament and filament press switch 1 now turn off switch 2. When the filament ends switch 1 turns off the whole system will turn off. Switch 1 is mounted near the hot end, and switch 2 is mounted on the backside off the PC supply.
@@M.SKhan123 How about connecting the hotend, thermistor, and tap switch to the motherboard? and where is the power supply? and will you add files for 3 buttons?

Hi, Im replicating your project but Im using a different motor. Im using a creality 42 40, could you please share with me the arduino .ino code? I think I have to change some values to make my motor works
Hi, Im doing the same project but using a Crealilty 42 40 motor. Im having problems with the arduino script because I think the steps of the two motors arent the same. Is there any way I can contact you?
You should check your Arduino code stepper motor is not the issue, You can ask anything in the comments, and I will answer as per my knowledge.
@@M.SKhan123 Thanks for responding, I really like your videos. The stepper motor is new. This differs in torque from the Nema 23. We do not have the money to change the motor, that is why we wanted to ask if you would sell us the code or charge us for a .hex with the torque specifications of the 4240.

Good day, Muhammad! Im planning to create this device to cut 30L beer kegs, but I have a question, can you please tell me, it will be possible to place such a big bottle on this device? Im afraid that the bottle radius is to big, because rotating rod is static. Beer keg is about 300 mm in diameter. Respectfully!
I think not possible to cut such big bottles.
@@M.SKhan123 is there any chance you will modify your device to change input bottle diameter? Maybe add a small construction change with a rack or worm gear, that can move rod base position? I probably try to do it myself, but maybe you also planned to do something like that, so I decide to ask you first.
Did you create this or are you just putting together someone else’s design?
What are Your thoughts.?
Hello. Your machine looks very nice and works well, but is there a possibility that you could share the PCB circuit elements assembly part in more detail?
and even share the assembly diagram of the card as a diagram with separate connections to external workers
I try to make a detailed video and instructions in few days.
thank you for your sharing. i will leave the comment to help the algorithm of youtube so many audience can notice your hardwork

I get your stl file and i print it but i cannot understsnd how to assemble it
would you please help me
You need 4 brass bush for 4 main bodies. Screw the motor on body 1 and insert one bush in other hole. The motor drive gear is on the motor shaft, and gear 2 is in the next hole. Place body 2 on this setup and insert the 2nd brass bus in only the hole of main body 2. Place gear 3 in the hole so gear 2 connects with gear 3. Now place body 3 on this setup with already inserted bush at the bottom side of the bearing. Then insert the bearing in its place on the main body 3. Place the output gear with the inserted shaft to the bearing so this output gear connects to gear 3. Now put the bearing and final bush in their place on main body 4 and place it on whole setup and screw them all together.

Thanks a lot for sharing your awesome project! Just for reference...is it possible to use Nema17 instead of a Nema23?
You can print an adapter plate to convert NEMA 23 to NEMA 17
You have me beat. I have 14 3D Printers, 10 of them were marked "for parts only" on eBay. I restored them all with various things wrong. I build a Voron but that was from a kit so I did not design it, just built it. That's a challenge as it requires the kit buyer to 3D print a lot of parts, assemble bolt by bolt, wire it up, install Klipper, install mainsail, moonraker, and you need info on stepper motor amps, etc. But, you building the entire machine and the assembly you have to create filament is really outstanding. Well done.
Thank you for, your encouraging comment.
Could you please ask for a different PCB file format to be able to mill it on a CNC or laser?
Open link copper.carbide3d.com/rapidpcb/ and upload GRBL and convert to GCODE for CNC or Laser.

Great job, nicely done :)
Thank you very much!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge for free. Now I can make filament from plastic bottles and use it. As a new model, I'm thinking of making your model from pet filament, it looks very stable. :):)
Wonderful!
Thanks you for all your work, I will try to recreate this machine in a couple of months. Also I have some questions, is there any way to connect filament between each other? Also is there any way to increase cutting of melting speed? And can you give some advice to beginner, what should I try, what should avoid? Oh, and, how to use your machine for a big bottles, 5L maybe? Thank you!
If You join filament it usually breaks on bending or jam Hotend. Best and trouble-free method is to pause print and change filament. Speed and temperature also matter, start building it and if you need any help I am here. 5 L no problem.
The device was interesting, I suggest you simplify the device because many people cannot make complicated things
Thanks, this device looks complicated but it is simple.
Thank you for the nozzle diameter and pressure setting, thanks to you I can use pet filament.
where did you buy the metal rod? the rest of the project is ready but I can't find them anywhere. can you help me? very cool design

@@M.SKhan123 isnt that toxic
@@reedyea1358 It does not melt plastic it only heats. I think it's safe however You can put it outside the room.
@@M.SKhan123 ah ok, my 3d printer just broke for some reason, it has trouble reading usb, it takes an hour to recognize a usb but then when i print anything it sticks to the extruder. ive tried recalibration and heating the bed less and more, can you help?
love this but a few tweaks need to be added to make it perfect, like adding a runout sensor just before the hot end that can engage a brake or lock on the winding spool and a keeper bar that drops onto the windings a few seconds after the runout sensor triggers so all the filament is pulled through and the keeper engages before the finished filament loses the tension keeping it tightly wound. i realize thats not exactly an easy thing to work out but ... you ran 25 miles of the marathon already why stop before finishing?
tHAT IS VERY GOOD SUGGESTION
Hello sir I see your tufting GUN project and i want to make one can i get the component list ,where can i dm you
