Thank you for your question. 6.5" (165mm) speaker size. Many take the door panels off incorrect upon this vehicle which causes damage to window mounting mechanism, be aware of this as tricky to repair and expensive to purchase new door panels also.

We have fitted 8" many times in the front doors but yet to try 8" in rear of either 3 or 5 doors I'm afraid.

Without checking closely I believe that this model vibrates unlike the clear model which is EECT200.

@@audio.boffins I do this on a regular my setup is also bigger and plays 8 hours straight no issues WITHOUT ME SITTING THERE HAVING TO REV THE BOLLOCKS OF IT . When replying be more nice as your shops easy to find don’t be but hurt coz someone pointed out something you clearly no was not needed on such a small build unless you do not have the right equipment. So please refrain from replying as your well known your still learning take all criticism as knowledge and move on your Bussiness will grow better with a better mind set bud .

@@ImJustKlipz this vehicle has all the required equipment with regulations set at 14.4v to provide maximum amperage when the vehicle is at at rev range that simulates driving conditions. As the vehicle is NOT a demo car, but a daily which sits mostly between 2000-3000 on the customers daily commutes. We don't comment on others work because we do not feel the need to air our views on a subject based upon only one video. This is the problem with today's society, people seek out others to pick on like you are here today.

So mayb you should make it clearer as to y u was doing that also why would you just not have there system built so it can be played at a decent voltage whilst stationary also ,hence y I said about the reg then I’d be able to control it on a small system like that

Thank you for your question. In order to set the gain you really must do in the correct manner using the correct procedures, with the correct tools. As the method you describe is simply to risky and will likely end up in tears + broken equipment. The source signal needs to be set in accordance with the input signal to ensure that that signal received is as identical to your source voltages output. With many thanks Team Audio Boffins

Good afternoon James. We hope you are well today. Thank you for your question, and your patience whilst we replied. Of the two the SPL6C.1 would be considered to be the better speaker in terms of performance, IF using the correct amplification RMS power. The build quality and design is considered to be superior when compared to the SPL6C.2, but for most customers this product is not the best choice of the two, simply because to get them working as intended it requires much greater investment into the amplifier. Also they have a very large motor structure, meaning for many clients this speaker will not be a straight forward fitment. The SPL6C.1 are not currently in stock with Audio Boffins, Bassface, nor any other supplier that we know of. Currently it is unclear if they shall return to inventory. @@promo130 we have yet to do any kind of back to back testing against other brands so we cannot really give you a truthful answer at this stage towards it being better or worse than other products.

Thank you for your question. This car currently is running stock battery with 0awg front to back. Upgraded all wiring between altetnator and battery, chassis and battery; engine and battery. Plus our 285a custom made direct fit alternator set to 14.4v via the internal regulator :)
