This is why I sprung for a bit more expensive ticket on Alaska! Had an issue trying to pay on the mobile app with my credit card. Called customer service, picked up in less than 30 seconds by a very nice lady in the US , very helpful, got my ticket purchased in about 5 minutes, and no $15 charge for customer service apparently wasn’t my fault ! Gotta love Alaska plus allowed a free large! Carryon!

I bought the exact same backpack as yours for my trip to Sharm el sheikh I was looking for a travel backpack that was spacious but then I found this I got this I just my stuff today it fit perfectly I could definitely fit a few more and I’ve still got the shoes compartment empty I might put flip flops in there

Have flow Frontier 3x and each time was progressively worse. I have never once gotten the flights as I booked them. Every time my flight time was switched without my permission, endless delayed flights, and incredibly understaffed ticket counters. The last time they switched my direct flight to one with a stop over. Didn’t like it, but I went with it. Then that flight ended up delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight and stranding me in the Las Vegas airport with my grandson for 24 hrs without our luggage. I paid $700 to take a Delta red-eye just to get us home. Horrible! I had to get a couple of hours sleep then go back to the airport to find my luggage. NEVER AGAIN! If you value your sanity, you won’t fly Frontier.

Flew them for the first time yesterday. Never Again!!

My flight was delayed 15 hours and I missed a full day of my trip and all I got was a $70 voucher for my next flight. Never again.

Any small backpack would fit… the question is how much did you stuff it, since it’s a flexible exterior… knowing how much you put into the bag and how full it was before you clipped it down could’ve made this video really invaluable.

My daughter and I flew on Frontier the first part of February, and our personal bags fit, but my poor daughter layered all her clothes so her bag would fit 😂. I layered mine until I got to the airport and realized I had so e wiggle room and I took off the layered clothing and put it in my backpack😁 While we were still on our trip I started googling luggage that would fit in the personal bag sizer and I found take off luggage. The smaller 2.0 bag will fit in the sizer, I think the larger one is iffy, but I'm going to get my daughter and me both one before we fly again.

This company is structured to increase their top executives'salaries only. All their planes are corporate greed configured , with zero amenities for passengers. All Their gates are furthest and all in the corner of terminals because these gates are the least expensive gates. Their baggage fees are all extra generated income for their executives. Everything about this airline is structured to give the most for their executives more and more each year. Avoid the support of this airline.

I flew frontier and use that same backpack I stuffed it full! And amazingly it just dropped right in to the luggage checker!

If you’re traveling back to the US and have a DutyFree. Beware, the outgoing country will wave the bag fee but if you have a layover the second stop will change you baggage fees

Not a a fan of the quality of this bag so I’m still in search for a rolley personal bag. So far, I got mixi from Amazon that fit with Jet blue basic but not Spirit lol😊

I just flew roundtrip Atlanta to Cancun on Frontier for $146 and I only had a personal item bag. I used the airless bags off Amazon to minimize my items and rubber bands to negate contents from shifting. Maybe because it was a short flight I had no issues caused by seat discomfort. There was fairness for those with personal item bags. If it fit without absolute cramming you were good to go. Maybe they've relaxed their okay parameters with all the bad press and class action lawsuit. Delays happen with every airline but I've noticed most flights don't experience delays other than weather in Atlanta. FAA fines and the struggle to get a new departure clearance at busy ATL is probably the reason. As with most of my air travel I schedule as early morning flight's as I can. Everything is quicker and less stressful from travel to airport, checking in, TSA screening, picking up refreshments, and traveling to gate. Frontier probably wouldn't be as big a bargain for me before my wife passed as now I can pack for a week within guidelines. If you travel often I suggest the Kiwi App with open notifications. I've booked Frontier round trip flights from California, Canada, and Mexico often for under $100. Safe Travels.

Please do not fly Frontier Airlines had a flight from Detroit to layover in Denver and finally to Las Vegas. But first the flight was late getting to Detroit which was late getting us to Denver which gave us 10 minutes to go to baggage claim get our bag and check it in to go to Vegas. So we go to check in and we're too (late) so we go to the agent and rebook. And the agent saying that it's going to be $200 to rebook she had no sympathy like we being (late) it was our fault so we had to sit in the Denver Airport for 7 hours waiting for this next flight to Las vegas. Oh yeah they switch the boarding Gates from where your ticket says at the last minute every time we was about to board Fly Frontier if you wanna

They are being sued $100M class action suit because they made the personal item container in the boarding gate smaller than the one located in the check in area 😂😂😂 I feel like they should've sued for $1Billion maybe it'll go down to half billion.

Frontier is the worst airline in the world. Stole expensive items from my checked bag and shrugged it off. They are he AntiChrist They flat out SUCK. Just wait you will see a major crash their maintenance is incompetent.

Another thing I've learned is, dont show up more than 3 hours before your flight if you have a checked bag; you wont be able to check it in. Then when you pay to have the bag as a carry on that you already checked in so you can go through security, getting the unused checked bag fee refunded will be like pulling teeth.

I abandoned my flight to SFO from the Charlotte airport after experiencing the tip of the Iceberg in line at the Charlotte airport. It seems you cant just walk up to the KIosk and check in with a a conformation code, you know, like EVERY other airline. They want to you to use your app. My phone is full and cant take any more apps. Never flying Frontier again, or Spirit. There was a fee to see the gate agent, I found out, and fees for bags, which I expected. Then they said I owed fees for selecting seats, i dont recall selecting seats, but they wanted to charge anyway. I see emails now a few days before the unplanned flights now, where they are slashing prices. Gee I wonder why? Do you think their planes arent filling up anymore cause people are mostly now wise to their devious behavior?

I understand that the "personal item" needs to be no larger than 14” X 18” X 8” , but can I bring a small purse in addition to this? From what I'm reading, I don't think I can. Basically everything needs to fit in 14 X 18 X 4" unless I want to pay for a larger carry on?

I took a midsized backpack to a Frontier flight, which fits perfectly in the sizer and it fell right in, and didn't get charged a fee for it. I flew for the first on my trip to Vegas. The seats are super firm however, I personally found them comfy. The stretch seats are very comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience. I might even use Frontier Airlines for work travel.
