Hey buddy,...enjoying your Vids lately..i subbed...You get that Brake Sqeeel too? i think it's the front? i'm not sure but i get a loud howling sound sometimes....i use the right brake lever and slight the left....but like you said...bike is a blast.....hey let me ask you....i don't ride in trails or dirt....it's only bike trails, sidewalks and bike lane in street....do you think it's ok if your obeying law it's ok to treat it like a E-bike?

I paid about 400 for the comet version and its over 40 feet in the air at the base. I have found it to be one 24-26 foot heat sink. My 66 foot HFEF works better.

what software are you using to output the spectrum to your screen? I have an FT-991a and would love to get something like that. Great vid, i have the CHA-250HD and it is a great antenna considering i only have space to use a vertical next to the house on a 24 foot mast. I have no issue making contacts on 10, 20 and 40 meters.

What tower did you use? How tall and how much did it cost?

Have you tried it without the solar panel? If so what were your results? Good video , I’m building the same setup without the panels.

I probably won't ever put bags on mine. I bought it because of the way it looks without bags. I do want to add a sissy bar and different handlebars though.

Thanks for the video!! I still don't understand why I need two dongles? I ordered two and hooked them up and it see the two but only uses one as far as I can tell. The one used showed locked and the other unlocked under the tuners tab. My locked one will have a number by it for however many calls that come in 1 to 5 because I have it set that high. Powerful computer. Anyway I'm wondering if i have not setup something right. Under tuners tab it show one frequency but under the Now Playing tab it has the control frequency. It's working but am I missing out on something with the other tuner unlocked??? I hope I explained that so it can be understood. LOL

I would have kept the meter on Compression, and made sure it stayed around 10dB at the highest level while speaking.

I have the same unit you have and my understanding is you have to set up a Weather Underground account and send your data there , a little bit of a hassle but if you follow their instructions it works. I didn't care for Weather Undergrounds display format so I installed a free program PWS Monitor. When setup it gives you your weather data plus graphs in a nice format. Works great you can get your data anywhere. Once set up there is no need for a home computer to transfer data, just use smart phone to look at your station Hope this helps.

Does anyone know what file the programs saves your lists in? I spent hours building a nice very custom P25 list and was hoping to be able to copy or export the save and put it on another computer.

Thanks for the video, a question I have is, You assigned your voice message at CH1 to the C button on the radio so when you press C it plays, that's cool, however if I go to CW mode would that change to my CW CH1 setting and playback the CW memory instead of the voice memory?

Hmm i have my doubts about these antennas. I'd just get a fibreglass pole and stick a smart tuner at the base. Have you stuck an analyser on it and take the swr readings?
