Would love if someone could tell me who sang the female part in Woman in Chains specifically at the Aug 2012 show in Costa Mesa at the Pacific Amphitheatre. I thought it was Carina Round since she did a few other shows but I remember the gal having a much stronger voice than that--she was FANTASTIC!!!

The hourly chimes are not from City Hall. This is a common misconception. The chimes come from the enormous bell in the tower of the former Philadelphia National Bank (PNB) building at Broad and Chestnut Street, immediately adjacent to City Hall. City Hall has no bell in its tower. My apologies if you knew this but the caption you included with the clip seemed to suggest the bell was imagined in the clock tower.
