TEAHOLDING!!!!!!! TEAHOLDING SONG!!!
I randomly saved this song in my notes app 3 years ago and just rediscovered It.
One of Satan's MANY theme songs... sadly.
Great song, i feel like it could either be about overcoming mental instability or literal sirens
Cool song nigga
I could see how this could be a villain song, but to me it's someone who had more to do, who had more that they could have been... if the deck wasn't stacked against them. This song is the song of the person who sacrifices themselves for their friends, but knows that both they and their friends won't truly recover. This song is for someone who wishes they could have said goodbye. Maybe to family, maybe friends, maybe to a romantic interest. To me, this song isn't villainy. It's all the things left unspoken and all the regret that comes with it.
Wait what does this exactly means then?
The song was originally written about coming over drug addiction but later changed to be about depression since he had more experience with it. "That’s actually what Sirens is about. I kept psyching myself up to just try to power my way out of these deep dark depression holes, but every time I’d do something to lift myself up I’d become overwhelmed this crippling anxiety telling me I didn’t deserve to be happy and that would cause me to subconsciously self sabatoge and retreat to the dark, yet comfortable, bed that I had made in my brain"
típico homo porém top
This is my far one of my favorite songs to act to, it has such a perfect story to play out and that ending is just perfect for a big finish
I feel this song this man sing to his own cover, is all of the main characters of the Fallout games even the old ones that have to struggle, bled n fought to the end n got the ending they deserve like the vault deweller got his people to be saved but got exiled for he'll make the people of the vault to go n die to the wastelands The chosen one of the grandchild of the vault deweller and he must find a G.E.C.K for his tribe n also stop the enclave's evil path for the dead country of America n find peace for long The lone wanderer that fought through hell of the pit, through the space battle of the zeta aliens, n even to the end of his journey of getting the dream of his/her mother's n father's dream of project purity to give free clean water for all Even the courier who lost his/her memories from the gun shot of Benny n got through hell of the divide, saw the terror n beauty of BIG MT, saw the dead city of the Sierra Madre n heat the final voice of Vera Keyes or the B.O.S cycle to find the man who's gotten insane of his lost, all of it to the end of the courier's path to choose the faction to help n push forward, The father of mother has woke up to find their son to be back n get stronger, faster, smarter, n build a community to be stronger n resourceful to survive, until they destroy the institute n see the ending of their world, n even then we must learn that war...war never changes but we as mankind have to for our future to be better, so yeh it's a good song for me as a Fallout fan to feel free n hopeful to n see that everyone to see the beautiful story yell of all Fallout history that we made or the story it's made in canon, it's all a good journey for us to see it's path we made

This is the song of a villain that was once the hero but years of hate and betrayal turned him
this song is an absolute bop
I'd suggest larger print for phone urs, especially those trying to save data by watching at lower resolution. Usually I have things on 144p unless I need to see a lil bit of detail like text where I would put it to 240p but I had this at 360p n it was small n only started when the sections started so keeping pace with the lyrics was hard at times. But I very much appreciate that this even exists. Thank u
After listening to this song I've decided that one of my characters is going to have a villain arc.
Yep. Luke from Past is present .....I feel so bad, but he makes such a good villain! Especially when you think about his character development, and the fact that he's literally being manipulated.... And the worst part is. He knows it, and isn't doing anything! He let's himself be manipulated, he makes a choice to stay with Ryo. Ryo, is a demon he doesn't care about Luke, he's using him. And on top of that, they're relationship is *extremely* toxic

I love this song and am writing an essay on it
Dang, what’s the essay on?

A man full of regret over how his life has gone, but feels there is no other way it could have gone, no other choice that could have been made.
Omg, ok, so I found this song and liked the beat, then I listened to it more and more and started singing it and realized JUST HOW MANY REFERENCES TO EDGAR ALLEN POE THERE ARE. EVERY TIME I SING IT I FIND A NEW ONE I SWEAR TO GOD
ME TOO. I immediately noticed the Tell-Tale Heart reference
I vision this as a schizophrenic in a large mansion, separated from the village. He lives alone, except for his white cat. He’s generally depressed, and the people hate him. Someone breaks in, since the people decided to finally just be rid of him. He doesn’t really care, his cat follows him as he walks around the house looking at memories, and finally stops at a cross section. He walks down one hall, while the cat watches after him. The one who broke in finds the cat, deeming her as his familiar, he attempts to kill her. The cat is screeching and trying to run away, and is soon heard by her owner, who runs back to save her. He kills the village guy, and suddenly, a cord snaps. He picks up his cat, and walks down the hall with her, leaving the body to rot, as he accepts his role as the villain.
👏WRITE👏A👏BOOK👏
@@maggie2556 Maybe someday! Lol
@@maggie2556 And if I were to write a book, and use this general idea, with a French guy in Salem, plus that cat, what would the title be? Theoretically lol
@@WhyAreWeHereJustToSuffer69 titles aren’t my strong suit, so I personally would name it after one of the lines - “Too Far Gone Now” or “Bourbon, Blood, and Backward Glances” are pretty good candidates.
Immediately Castlevania came to mind, Dracula's story in particular (just a bit different). I interpret it as the vampire being hunted down in his castle and he tells his wife to leave and save herself, so they say their goodbyes. However, they actually capture her first, "your cries become the wind." Then he pleads for them to let her go but his "desperate plead is left unheard." They then kill her in front of him, "then my contrived goodbye" signifying their goodbyes before were all for nothing, as it was unrealistic that any of them would be able to escape alive. Aaaand I just broke my own heart.
this dude is so underrated i love his music
fr its so good
this feels like a witch couple that’s been found out, but only one of them has been found to be a witch and is singing to the other to calm them ig
Wait but why do I love this??
This song reminds me of mono singing to six after the betrayal in little nightmares 2

Qué dulzura pensar en la maravillosa Ter… 💙
@@SxfiaSama Supe de la existencia de esta canción por ser la "outro" de Ter. Para mí, este es el "himno" Terdashian.
I’m just imagining a dude who lost his wife having hallucinations about his dead wife, and believes people are coming after him, because he’s the one who killed her
I think that's the plot of one Edgar Allan Poe's poems (witch I believe is what this song is based on)
@@ajester4939 that’s really cool
I need a short movie based on that

Just a moment dear I hear someone at the door And the beating of a heart That I hid beneath the floor They've come for me love Save yourself I am far beyond repair They will bury me alive But I'm not inclined to care I am too far gone now So dry your eyes and count to ten They'll have me on the pyre by then Forget the man I used to be You'll move a long more easily A moment dear I hear someone in the hall And the plundering of promises We hung up on the wall They've come for us love Save yourself I am bitter to the bone And I'm growing rather fond Of the wandering alone I am too far gone now So dry your eyes and count to ten They'll have me on the pyre by then Forget the man I used to be You'll move a long more easily Now I must finish what I started I'll write a symphony for the departed I have no time for second chances So I survive on bourbon, blood, and backward glances The scene begins Your cries become the wind A desperate plea best left unheard Then my contrived goodbye A poet's pantomime A drunken jester's final words Just a moment dear I hear someone at the door And the beating of a heart that I hid beneath They've come for me love Now I must finish what I started I'll write a symphony for the departed I have no time for second chances So I survive on bourbon, blood, and backward glances Dry your eyes and count to ten They'll have me on the pyre by then

The Edgar Allan Poe reference of the story of The Tell-Tale Heart about the beating heart underneath the floor of the victim murdered.
Also "a drunken jester's final words" is a reference to another one of Edgar Allen Poe's stories, The Cask of Amontillado.
I think this is based on Edgar Allan Poe's poems because there's actually a lot of reference's just in the chorus alone I think that the knocking at the door is from The Raven and the count to ten part is from count the ways I believe there's a lot more but I cant remember them all
@@ajester4939 I assumed that the knocking of the door was still referencing The Tell-Tale Heart. The protagonist of that story had just hidden the body, but there was a knock at the door because the neighbors had reported hearing a ruckus. The protagonist greets the police and treats them as guests before starting to hear the beating of the heart in the floor. The heartbeat agitates him to the point where he confesses to the murder just to escape it. I had always assumed that the very beginning of the song was a reference to that part of the story. Then again, it’s up for interpretation and I love the thought of it referencing more than one of Poe’s works within the first few lyrics.
