I notice you look around when a motorcycle passes by, that is a wise thing to do to do in Colombia, as muggers often use motorcycles and target people walking specially if they are carrying iPhones or other expensive items. The area you show in this video is generally safe, but in Bogota it is better to always keep your eyes open and be aware of your surroundings. The Santa Fe neighborhood is very sketchy and I’d advise you not to go there, I don’t even go there myself, probably what the other person commenting on your video meant was the shopping mall called Santafe as well, which is located far north in the city, it’s not a bad place but it hasn’t got anything interesting to see either, so I’d say it’s not worth it.
